Low hot water pressure in a 1959 dst

Thank you for your question. We do not make thick deck mounting/extension kits for the Delta Trinsic Bar/Prep 1959LF-AR, Kitchen 9159-AR-DST faucet or Soap Dispenser RP1002AR. All units have a 2 1/2" (64 mm) for maximum deck thickness for their installation, shown in Technical Specifications, below.

Is this Arctic Stainless the same color/finish as the Spotshield Stainless Finish of the regular sink faucet just like it only with pull down?

The Arctic stainless finish has more of a cooler, bluish tint to it. The Spotshield finish is more comparable to the Brilliance Stainless Steel finish which has more of a yellowish tone.

Can this faucet be installed with the control lever on the left side, rather than the right as shown?
Hello, Jotis! Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards.

What is the base material of this faucet? Is it actual brass?

Is this faucet part of the Trinsic line? What are the differences between the 1959LF and 9959-AR-DST; is it just the pull-down sprayer and magnetic docking? Is this 1959LF also smaller? What does the LF designation mean? Thanks Delta Faucets!!!

Thank you for your question. The 1959-LF is not part of our Trinisic Collection but does match the line. The difference between the 1959LF and 9959-AR-DST is that the 9959-AR-DST is that the 9959-AR-DST does have a pull down sprayer assembly with MagnaTite docking. The 'LF in 1956LF indicates Lead Free. The 9959-AR-DST is also lead free, as well.

What is the difference between a kitchen faucet and a bar prep faucet
Thank you for your question, ronald! We have many bar/prep faucets that look very similar, to some kitchen faucets we manufacture. For those models, the bar/prep faucet would have a shorter height, than the kitchen faucet. Bar/Prep faucets are manufactured to fit bar sinks, and thus are going to be smaller, in terms of both height and width.

Can this bar faucet be used as a countertop dispenser for a reverse osmosis filtration system that is set up under my sink?

Thank you for your question! The only models that have been tested with reverse osmosis systems are our Beverage Faucets. The lower pH may affect o-rings and seals on Kitchen and Bar/Prep models.

Do you make an aerator adapter for a hose connection for this model? Our hot tub is outside right around the corner from this faucet.
Thank you for your question, Dale! The RP51505 adapter works with faucets that have a female metric 21.5 X 1-6 G threaded spout. The RP51505 adapter should work with this faucet to convert it to male 55/64”-27 threads, however we do not recommend to connect anything to pull-out or pull-down kitchen faucets, as potential pressure fluctuations during operation may result in the hose rupturing. Furthermore this model only has a flow rate of 1.50 gpm @ 60 psi and is not suitable for filling a hot tub.

The escutcheon plate part number is RP77702 in the Chrome finish. For the Matte Black, it is RP77702BL. For the Arctic Stainless finish, RP77702AR, and for the Champagne Bronze, RP77702CZ.
