Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Trinsic Bar Faucet - Champagne Bronze I bought this faucet for the bar sink near my kitchen. It matches the Delta faucet I have in the kitchen and looks really nice. I love the warm tone of the Champagne Bronze and am happy with the purchase. Note that this faucet does not include the drain. I ordered the Delta drain in the matching color.

Q&A

I have the larger kitchen version. Handle pulls forward for hot and straight up for cold. Why would you make this one different?? It is 45 degrees back for hot and 45 degrees forward for cold. So confusing, being basically opposite.

Asked by: RenoLife
Hello RenoLife, Thank you for your inquiry! The handle hot/cold water flow feature of the Delta Contemporary Pull-Down Kitchen and Bar/Prep faucets are designed to operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse/adjust this movement design. Best regards, Tanya

Can this be used as a hot and cold water dispenser? I really want a matching dispenser to your Trinsic kitchen faucet.

Asked by: cjd44259
Hi Cjd44259, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Trinsic 1959LF-CZ faucet is a bar/prep unit, these units are smaller than standard kitchen faucets as they are primarily used in smaller side sinks. Here is the Technical Specifications of the faucet. This should give you an idea of the size of it: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-1959LF%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Asked by: annie333
Thank you for your question, annie333! This faucet can be used with a standard under-sink filter. Please note that it has two supply lines and both will need to be connected to a water supply. It is not designed to work with reverse osmosis systems like our Beverage Faucets are. Best regards, Jon

Is this faucet part of the Trinsic line? What are the differences between the 1959LF and 9959-AR-DST; is it just the pull-down sprayer and magnetic docking? Is this 1959LF also smaller? What does the LF designation mean? Thanks Delta Faucets!!!

Asked by: Emily0
Hi, Emily0! Thank you for your question. The 1959-LF is not part of our Trinisic Collection but does match the line. The difference between the 1959LF and 9959-AR-DST is that the 9959-AR-DST is that the 9959-AR-DST does have a pull down sprayer assembly with MagnaTite docking. The 'LF in 1956LF indicates Lead Free. The 9959-AR-DST is also lead free, as well. Best Regards, Rosanna

What is the difference between a kitchen faucet and a bar prep faucet

Asked by: ronald
Thank you for your question, ronald! We have many bar/prep faucets that look very similar, to some kitchen faucets we manufacture. For those models, the bar/prep faucet would have a shorter height, than the kitchen faucet. Bar/Prep faucets are manufactured to fit bar sinks, and thus are going to be smaller, in terms of both height and width. Best Regards, Benjamin

Do you make an aerator adapter for a hose connection for this model? Our hot tub is outside right around the corner from this faucet.

Asked by: Dale
Thank you for your question, Dale! The RP51505 adapter works with faucets that have a female metric 21.5 X 1-6 G threaded spout. The RP51505 adapter should work with this faucet to convert it to male 55/64”-27 threads, however we do not recommend to connect anything to pull-out or pull-down kitchen faucets, as potential pressure fluctuations during operation may result in the hose rupturing. Furthermore this model only has a flow rate of 1.50 gpm @ 60 psi and is not suitable for filling a hot tub. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP51505 Best regards, Edward
