Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works with all inSink Erator Models! If you are here you are likely replacing an inSink Erator hot water dispenser faucet that is leaking. Our house came with an older model and the faucet started to leak to the point where it needed fixing. We wanted to do the project only once and after extended research we found the good faucets from inSink Erator were $400+. Based on countless reviews those faucets are all prone to leak with very limited warranty. It seemed strange to have no options so google helped me find this Delta faucet. We have a inSink Erator model number HWT-00 which is the original. This Delta product description doesn’t say it works with a HWT-00. So I called InSink Erator and asked if it would work and they said “No. No other brand works with inSink Erator. You must use our faucets.” The response was so quick and firm it left me feeling trapped. I read through all the manuals of HWT tanks and realized they all connect the exact same way. I then called back and confirmed all inSinkErstor faucets work with all tanks. So if Delta works with 1 tank it should work with them all. So I took the leap of faith. We just finished installing and it connected to our HWT-00 fine. Delta provides a lifetime warranty and replacement parts on their faucet. InSink Erator had a 1 year warranty and NO replacement parts. The pricing is similar so the decision is easy. After installing the faucet the quality is substantially higher and I couldn’t be happier. Better product, better company, consumer options, same price. Buy this faucet!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fabulous Faucet - inept Customer Service Bought Faucet 5 weeks ago. Due to a delay with a damaged part from Insinkerator, finally got it installed a couple days ago. The Good: faucet looks looks great and matches the finish of my 20 year old Delta kitchen faucet. Easy to use and functions as expected. Love having instant hot water. The Bad: instructions in box were for a old water dispenser not for this faucet which is specifically designed for use with the Insinkerator hot water system. Finally found instructions online but neither company showed how to connect the faucet PEX line with fittings on it to the Insinkerator filter. The Ugly: Called Delta for assistance and representative could not even find the faucet in their system. After much guidance from me telling her model number repeatedly, where it was purchase and no it’s not an Archived faucet, she finally located the faucet. We just wanted to know how to connect the two systems without cutting off the fitting. She got excited said she found what would answer our question and emailed us the same dang instructions we’d already found online. The final result: after multiple trips to several big box hardware stores we figured it out on our own. You will need a 1/4” to 3/8” compression coupling to connect the PEX 3/8” fitting to the 1/4“ tubing from the filter. Do not use the part provided by Insinkerator. It works with tubing only not with a compression fitting. Frustrations levels were a 5 out of 5 due to the lack of complete instructions. Diagrams from both manufacturers showed the Insinkerator connector with dotted lines as the connector needed to complete the installation. I guess you really can’t believe everything you read.

The handle feels very secure and easy to manage. The installation is straight forward and should be a easy "DIY" in my opinion. I highly recommend.

My swivel handle on my insta-hot faucet won’t budge, what do I do??

Hi Nancy, Thanks for your question regarding 1960LF-H! The Instant hot water faucet uses a new spring-loaded ceramic valve which requires you to hold the valve open for water to flow. I purchased the product from Ferguson and I love as it matches my faucet.  When I fill my cup with hot water it splatters up.  Does It have a screen for the spout not to come out so fast

We are looking for a hot/cold dispenser.  Does this faucet dispense hot water only? Or does the handle allow for cold also? Thanks.

Our regular, hot and cold, kitchen faucets can use filtered water but should not be used for temperature outputs over 120 degrees.
