Installed a 19700LF-SS, Flushed supply lines, & everything worked well for 1st day, then 2nd day drips from valve handle, so tightened bonnet nut as suggested, not to over tighten, 4th day drip came back, tightened more, 5 day water found at under handle,

How can I increase the water flow out of this faucet it restricts the water?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19700LF-SS.
If the flow rate is less than expected, it's typically caused by debris trapped in the faucet. I recommend flushing for a minute or two with the aerator or the spray head removed. Or see step three of the installation instructions to flush the faucet under the sink.
