Nice Upgrade
Nice upgrade from our old faucet. Stainless steel is sleek and of good quality. Faucet overall seems to be durable. Though, the installation process itself is of average difficulty. Some hurdles were met along the way. Some extra pieces had to be purchased in order to install, as the hose lines were smaller than the pipeline from the house. Also, after installing the water flow was restricted and had to be uninstalled and examined. When manufactured it seems as though a flaw in the mould or manufacturing process caused plastic to cover the hose line only leaving a small pinhole, which had to be cut out and removed In order to restore water flow. Better quality control should be done via the brand to ensure the products they are sending out will work properly and not require extra unnecessary work or result in the product being returned. Functionality, is good. There are 3 settings for water flow choices. I like the fan spray setting as it helps remove food from dishes. The magnet that helps retrieve the sprayer line is decent, not super strong but does the job.

Great faucet
Great faucet overall! The handle is smooth and the water flow is steady. I love the design and how easy it is to clean, but installation took a little longer than expected. Still, once it was in, it worked perfectly

Modern, aesthetic, and functional
I love the design of this faucet, it brings a modern edge to my kitchen. It was very easy to install, only took about 15 minutes. I love all of the functions on the pull down spout. It has a single stream, a rain like setting, and a flat like setting. As far as quality goes this faucet is head and shoulders above my previous one.

Hi! I adore this faucet, but we are experiencing pressure issues (we have hard water). I would like to clean the cartridge. Can you provide directions on how to do that?
Hi Aychmac,
Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19730LF.
For reduced flow, I recommend unscrewing and cleaning the aerator. Buildup can be cleaned by soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water. Or flush the faucet under the sink using a bucket as shown in step 3 of the installation instructions. This is a good way to check if there is good flow through the cartridge.
To remove the cartridge, loosen the handle screw with a 3/32" hex wrench. With the water supplies off, remove the cap and unscrew the bonnet nut to release the cartridge.
Please reach out with any additional questions!
Best Regards,

What material (Metal, plastic, etc.) is the outside body of the faucet made from?
Hello Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help you!
Our Delta faucets are made of several materials and may depend on which model you have. We can't provide that level of detail every time and specific amounts are considered proprietary (trade secret).
But in general, the faucet may contain:
Bronze
Brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings)
Zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle)
Stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw)
Copper (tubing)
PEX-C (puck and tubing)
Silicone (gaskets)
Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene (hoses)
Vinyl (hoses)
Nylon
Plastics
Our SS- Stainless steel is a PVD finish, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a process used to create a very durable, corrosion and tarnish-resistant finish. This process is commonly used for bathroom fixtures and entry hardware, which are exposed to frequent moisture and/or salt air.
Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions.
