Just installed my faucet the water flow was great then it slowed cleaned it but still slow flow

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.

Are the refurbished faucets commercial grade? My plumber said that you can get the faucets in two grades: 1 with plastic inners or brass inners.

I have this faucet in my kitchen and it has lost hot water pressure. The cold side is fine as is hot water though out the house only the kitchen faucet has this issue. I have replaced the valve with no improvement. Can the plastic lines be the problem?
