Great faucet/ also need helpBeautiful facet. We bought this faucet about a year ago from Lowe’s and installed it almost immediately.
I just noticed the little screw that attaches the handle has stripped, so it’s not tightening, and the handle is loose. For this reason I’m giving 3 stars.
I'm looking for a new screw to fix it. Please help

Nice looking faucet but hard to control water tempWe bought this faucet and had it for a number of years (5+?). Early on, we had an issue with what seemed to be something blocking the water outlet. My call to the service center was answered promptly, and the person I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant. He asked me enough questions to decide he needed to send me a new part, free of charge. It came within a reasonable amount of time and was easy to swap out. I was very impressed.
I liked the high neck of the faucet. At the time, we didn't have a really deep sink, so the extra height was welcome. One of the main reasons for buying the Cason model was the small diameter of the base. Because we had a thick backsplash, the hole the countertop company drilled was too far forward, so there wasn't room for a faucet with a large base. The Cason model was just the right size for our needs.
The only thing that brought it down to 3 stars was how hard it was to get the water temperature just right. At least one other person said the same thing in one of the reviews I read, so I'm glad it wasn't just a problem of operator error on my part. It was always either too hot or too cold - like there wasn't a halfway detent, or something like that. The handle was long and thin and fairly high up the spout. It also always felt tight, which would normally be a good thing. In this case, I think it added to the difficulty of getting the temp right. After playing with the too hot/too cold for a couple of minutes, I could usually find a good, in-between temp. But if I shut off the faucet to do something, and turned it back on, I'd have to find the sweet spot all over again.
All in all, I don't think I could recommend this faucet. It was well-made and lasted us a fairly long time. In fact, the only reason we no longer have it is because we got a new sink & countertop and I wanted a Touch 2.0 faucet. Best-decision-ever.

Wish I Liked It from
Style vs SubstanceInstalled in September 2022 as part of a kitchen remodel. We love how it looks, not so much how it works. Adjusting water temperature and velocity is difficult and wastes water trying to get the temp and flow we want. Tend to leave it running while doing dishes, rather than struggling to get the temp right each time we turn it back on. It's not our first one handled faucet, and we have given it plenty of time to get used to. We just find the functionality lacking.

very easy installationgreat quality feel. Nicely set up for easy installation
Hello, I seem to be getting about 1gpm vs. 1.8gpm out of the faucet. Any ideas? Is there a governer or filter that can be removed? Can anything be removed to clean it out? Thanks!!
Asked by: John
Thank you for your question, John! Model 19782Z-SPSD-DST uses a cashe or "hidden" aerator that requires an included wrench for removal. If you remove the aerator, it can be soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to remove any mineral buildup or debris. If the flow does not improve with this part removed, there may be a blockage elsewhere in the faucet lines and we would ask that you contact us directly for further assistance.

How do you clean a the airator on a delta kit faucet model 19782Z ?
Asked by: Ted C
Hi, Ted C!
Thank you for your question. The aerator assembly in the sprayer assembly can be removed with the RP90248 Aerator Wrench. Once removed, we recommend to soak the aerator and sprayer assembly in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution for an hour or even overnight to clean.
Best Regards, Rosanna

what diffrence between the Carson and Marca
Asked by: machinist
Thank you for your question, machinist! The main difference between the Carson and Marca Single handle Pull-Down kitchen faucets would be the finish options, price and height. They are stylistically different as well. Below is a link to compare both models.
