Features are exceptional. very smooth extend and retract of the spray head. Umbrella spray is a great feature. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the box had the incorrect instruction sheet. Instructions #111079 came with the faucet. THis sheet had none of the assembly parts on it. I was able to install in about 1/2 hour, but only due to I've worked as a service mechanical engineer for 35 years. A novice homeowner would probably be lost trying to decipher the instructions

Beautiful until no longer is!
I bought this faucet 7 months ago and worked fine for the first 5 months. The handle is is very hard to open or close the water and now the soap dispenser is not working properly. It is a bummer because it is a beautiful faucet, but no longer works.

I wish I would have read the reviews before buying this. It seems everyone has the same problem with the handle leaking constantly. Every time I turn it on, hot or cold it leaks until I shut it off. I have flushed the lines and changed the cartridges way to many times. An expensive product with a nice look but poor mechanics. Ive asked for a different style faucet more than once because it is such a problem and have been denied.

How tall is the faucet at the back? In other words, I see at the tallest point of the curve it is 13, but it is shorter behind that point where it extends up from the sink. Trying to fit below a paper towel holder that would not be at the tallest point.

after mounting per instructions, step 1, C, (center mount only, nut and wrench) should the faucet base be able to turn on the sink or counter surface.

The soap dispenser is filled above the sink by lifting the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pouring no more than 8 oz. into the bottle. It is not recommended to remove the bottle when refilling.

How to insall diamond seal handle cartridge?

I have found instructions to replace your cartridge assembly (RP50587) for your Delta Faucet Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology, model 19790Z-SPSD-DST. Please refer to the information below. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please shut off the water supplies. Gather your 1/8" Allen wrench, wrench, and strap wrench before we begin.
For best results, we recommend flushing the supply lines to your kitchen faucet before installing the new RP50587.
To flush the supply line:
First, shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Next, disconnect the cold supply line from the shutoff valve and do the same process that was done with the hot supply line. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies.
To Install RP50587:
1. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a button you can remove with your fingernails first.
2. Once you remove the handle, you should see the cap or sleeve assembly. Remove this with your strap wrench if you cannot remove it with your hand.
3. After the cap or sleeve has been removed - you should see a brass bonnet. Please use your wrench to remove this part.
4. Your cartridge is now free to be removed. Please ensure there is no debris on the puck piece inside of the valve. If there is, please grab q-tips or paper towels to clean it out.
5. You are now able to install your new cartridge.
