When the sprayer feature is used, does it stay on with a click of the button (for hands free use) or does it require to be pressed and held with one hand?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 19790Z-SPSD-DST sprayer toggle does not need to be pressed down for the spray or stream mode. There is a separate button for the ShieldSpray technology mode that will need to be pressed down. Learn more about this mode here:

How do you remove the spout to change o-ring. Does it just pull straight up ?
Thank you for your question, Buff! To remove the spout on model 19790Z-SPSD-DST, first push in the small button at the back of the spout assembly. At the same time the small button is pushed in, twist and pull the spout assembly up and off of the base of the faucet.

Can I install the faucet with the on/off handle in front instead of the side?

Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the Delta 19790Z-SPSD-DST Faucet with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature.

Thank you for your inquiry, Louie! The brass plate of the mounting nut would face upward, towards the underside of the counter/sink. Yes, you would tighten the both screws, once the mounting nut has been tighten in place to insure that the faucet steady and firm install.

when the sprayer gets plugged how do you pull it apart to clean it?
Just one additional tip. After removing the faucet head, check the very small screen that sits inside. It's not shown in the instructions or parts lisr. Mine was nearly plugged after 2+ years of use. Removing and rinsing it quickly returned the faucet to full pressure.

Will this fit a single hole sink with 1 1/4 in hole?

How tall is the faucet at the back? In other words, I see at the tallest point of the curve it is 13, but it is shorter behind that point where it extends up from the sink. Trying to fit below a paper towel holder that would not be at the tallest point.

after mounting per instructions, step 1, C, (center mount only, nut and wrench) should the faucet base be able to turn on the sink or counter surface.

The soap dispenser is filled above the sink by lifting the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pouring no more than 8 oz. into the bottle. It is not recommended to remove the bottle when refilling.
