We had this mounted on a traditional sink with the base provided. We are getting new countertop and will have it mounted directly to the counter with out the sink base. What do I need to mount it directly on the countertop.

The Delta Faucet Shiloh® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray® Technology In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 19790Z-SPSD-DST wand assembly can be soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for 15-30 minutes to clean. The aerator can be removed and cleaned as well. Please follow the directions on page 10 of the maintenance and installation guide for more details. I have attached the link below.

How to insall diamond seal handle cartridge?

I have found instructions to replace your cartridge assembly (RP50587) for your Delta Faucet Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology, model 19790Z-SPSD-DST. Please refer to the information below. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please shut off the water supplies. Gather your 1/8" Allen wrench, wrench, and strap wrench before we begin.
For best results, we recommend flushing the supply lines to your kitchen faucet before installing the new RP50587.
To flush the supply line:
First, shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Next, disconnect the cold supply line from the shutoff valve and do the same process that was done with the hot supply line. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies.
To Install RP50587:
1. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a button you can remove with your fingernails first.
2. Once you remove the handle, you should see the cap or sleeve assembly. Remove this with your strap wrench if you cannot remove it with your hand.
3. After the cap or sleeve has been removed - you should see a brass bonnet. Please use your wrench to remove this part.
4. Your cartridge is now free to be removed. Please ensure there is no debris on the puck piece inside of the valve. If there is, please grab q-tips or paper towels to clean it out.
5. You are now able to install your new cartridge.

The handle on my Delta faucet is loose and comes right off in my hand. When I look at it, I can't tell how it was attached. It has only been used for about three weeks since it was installed.

The handle has a button on it, that is removable. Once it has been removed, you will access the set screw that holds the handle in place, and you will be able to tighten the handle to the faucet.

Some faucet models have a trim ring for a single-hole installation. This faucet model does not use a trim ring. We do not carry a single-hole trim ring for this faucet model. The faucet should be installed directly to the sink. A small amount of silicone can be used if the sink surface is not level.

Why when I turn the handle to cold, does hot come out? Turn off the hot water valve under the sink, and cold water comes out of the faucet. Please dont say the hot and cold lines are crossed, because they are not. Help

A possible cause of the issue would be a large difference between the hot and cold water pressure, causing crossflow. RP53468 check valves can be used on the supply line connections to prevent crossflow.
