Why does Costco sell faulty products? I've had this for 2 1/2 months. Hot water barely trickles. Manual that comes with the product as well as online from Delta is not for this faucet. It seems many people have the same problem but Costco keeps selling it. So $190 to install, no hot water, buy another faucet, $190 to uninstall and install, return to Costco. Don't expect help from Delta. Don't trust positive reviews, they are usually posted after instillation, not months later when the item fails. Out on a limb here trying to get help which Delta does not provide and looking at major expense to get problem solved.

How would anyone know the specs of Varos faucets?
The product itself, and Delta's website say nothing about the specs of the Varos faucet. The reach of the faucet, is not specified and one does not even know what kind of measurement is being taken (i.e. from where to where, or in what denominations, such as inches or centermeters) Poor back up both in box and on website that prevents accurate measurements to be taken.

Using the spray feature on the wand will stay in place when you shut the faucet off. The Shield Spray has to be held on in order for that feature to work.

The wrench included with the faucet can be used to remove the aerator, which can then be cleaned/soaked with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

It takes 2-3 minutes to get hot water from our 2 Delta Varus faucets. Water from nearby bathrooms is always hot before the kitchen & kitchenette faucets, even though they are the same or further distance from the water heater. Any idea why this happens?

I am so glad that you contacted us, so we can get this taken care of for you!
We recommend the water heater be set at 120 or lower, this will allow the GPM to kick on the hot water heater and keep it hot. Next, make sure the hot and cold shut-offs are open fully and equally to prevent cross flow.

A replacement pump and bottle for the included soap dispenser is part number RP47888. I also recommend carefully soaking the soap dispenser in hot water. This can help remove dried soap inside that can cause issues.

For a leak while off from the pull-down sprayer, the RP73000 cartridge may need to be replaced, or sediment may be trapped in the faucet.

Low flow on our Delta Faucet VAROS™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology MODEL#: 19792Z-SPSD-DST is normally caused by debris, we would recommend flushing the unit especially after install. To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
