Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T BUY THIS Why does Costco sell faulty products? I've had this for 2 1/2 months. Hot water barely trickles. Manual that comes with the product as well as online from Delta is not for this faucet. It seems many people have the same problem but Costco keeps selling it. So $190 to install, no hot water, buy another faucet, $190 to uninstall and install, return to Costco. Don't expect help from Delta. Don't trust positive reviews, they are usually posted after instillation, not months later when the item fails. Out on a limb here trying to get help which Delta does not provide and looking at major expense to get problem solved.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from How would anyone know the specs of Varos faucets? The product itself, and Delta's website say nothing about the specs of the Varos faucet. The reach of the faucet, is not specified and one does not even know what kind of measurement is being taken (i.e. from where to where, or in what denominations, such as inches or centermeters) Poor back up both in box and on website that prevents accurate measurements to be taken.

I installed a Varos 19792Z-SPSD-DST kitchen faucet and have very low water flow from the head. I bleed the lines and cleaned the aerator with little improvement. I have good water pressure and flow up to the spray head. What other advice do you have?

Asked by: TomY
Hi TomY, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about, 19792Z-SPSD-DST! Debris can cause the flow rate to be lower than normal, we would recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 white vinegar and water. If the issue persists, the wand RP93515SP would need replaced. Is there an escutcheon that can be ordered to install on a three hole sink and use the soap dispenser? Existing faucet is a single hole with sprayer on the right and soap dispenser on the left.

Hello Mick, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! Our Delta 19792Z-SPSD-DST comes with a 3 hole cover, however you would have to add an additional hole for the soap dispenser. How do you adjust the handle stop limit for cold water on Delta Varos model 19792Z-SPSD-DST. Full pressure for hot, but only a dribble for cold.

Asked by: Stacy70
Hello Stacy70, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. Low flow is usually caused by debris in the lines, please follow the directions below: 1. Place a large bucket or stock pot under the sink. 2. Disconnect the line from the valve to the spout. 3. Move the handle to the full on, mixed position. 4. Point the valve end of the line into the bucket/pot. 5. Shut off the handle after a few gallons. 6. Reconnect the spout line to the valve. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance.  Best Regards,  Nicole

for19792Z-SD-DST what is the hole sizes for facet and soap dispenser? In the drawing size for facet shows (2x 1 5/16"-1 1/2"), as I understood hole can be from 1 5/16" to 1 1/2" , but what is '2 x'? On drawing dispenser hole (2 1/16'), is it not too big?

Asked by: AlexK
Hi AlexK, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The "2" simply refers to two holes, one for the soap dispenser and one for the faucet. They each must be between 1 5/16" and 1 1/2". I apologize for any confusion that may have caused. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

I just installed the new faucet. The cold side works great, but the hot side has very low pressure. During the installation the lines were flushed per the instructions. Any idea or direction to look for a problem? Thank you.

Asked by: Reece
Hello Reece, Thank you for contacting us, I am happy to know the flushing and checking the cartridge for debris fixed your issue. I have included the flushing instructions for future assistance. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Nicole
