Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant and easy DIY upgrade I can already tell we are going to LOVE using this faucet. The finish is gorgeous and the touch feature is so convenient. The pulldown head fits back into the mount with no effort. Flow/pressure is excellent, and the cone shape of the no-splashback setting actually works. If you start with all necessary tools and a clean prepped workspace, installation should take less than an hour, even with the electronic component. It is well-packaged and instructions are easy to follow.

No more touching the faucet with dirty hands .the touchless feature is so convenient and hygienic. Cleaning has become a breeze. It’s super sturdy and cleans some tough stuff stuck on plates. I would recommend if it’s within price range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Color This faucet is such a beautiful addition to my kitchen. It is the perfect brushed gold color without looking too yellow or gaudy. The touch less feature is so convenient and handy to have when you are preparing food or need to wash your hands without making a mess. You can turn up or down sensitivity so that it works for you. You can also just use it as a regular faucet if that is what you prefer. The water has a good steady stream and pressure is what I would expect. It is easy to clean up with basic multipurpose spray.

It’s a perfect neutral and looks great with my counter and backsplash. I Love delta for function but even more for style. Was also very easy to find cabinet pulls (and even lighting!) to match. Install was quick and easy, no complaints on water flow and function. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handle won’t hold up Thought this would be great. Having kids, we ended up not liking the touch technology. After a year, we dismantled the electrical parts and ran it as a regular faucet. However, this may have been a mistake because within another year, the handle started falling falls off all the time. You can’t buy a replacement handle only. The set screw is loose and it’s hard to find a replacement. I guess they didn’t design the handle to be constantly used since it has touch technology. Product looks great, and if you love the touch feature, you will probably love this faucet. If not, look for something different.

The aerator in this faucet underperformed and leaves you with too focused a stream meaning that anytime something enters the stream it splashes everywhere. Some faucets come with several aerator so that you can adjust it to your preference, but not this one. There also aren't others available for purchase. The only compatible aerator is the one it comes with. For this much money, I should have the option to adjust the focus of the water to my preference and avoid the extra clean-up that comes with all the splashing. The shield spray is awful. It is difficult to get it to engage. You have to squeeze the button the entire time, not simply push on/off. You have to squeeze HARD. If you let up a little, it causes it to operate in between modes which is EVEN SPLASHIER. Same goes for the spray mode. Great if you're looking to have a garden hose sprayer in the kitchen. I will say that it looks great. It gives my sink area the little WOW factor that makes people say "I love your kitchen!" when they walk in, but no one love actually using this faucet. I got the Touch Sense because I'm quite germaphobic and I liked the idea of being able to turn it on with a tap of my elbow when my hands have yuck on them. It's kinda counterproductive, though, because when I put my hands in the water, the yuck splashes everywhere. Additionally, the buttons aren't contained in a rubber seal, instead there is a sizeable crack around them for ick to crawl into. I'm waiting for a good opportunity to bring up replacing this very expensive faucet to my husband.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Faucet but Longevity issue Our faucet was purchased in 2021 and it has been great. It was easy to install. There are some issues training your brain how to work it, but overall it has been great. I have seen reviews talking about it turning on/off when you adjust the temp or change the pressure. The trick is to grab it and move the handle then let go. It works perfectly if done right. I also laugh at the reviews that don't like the faucet because when you go to another house that doesn't have a touch faucet, it makes you feel a little silly because you want to just tap the faucet to turn on because it has become a habit. You just have to use your brain and remember you can only turn on YOUR faucet by touching it. It will make you feel dumb for a minute. I still have really enjoyed having this faucet. That being said, it has finally had an issue that seem fairly frustrating and has changed it's appearance and functionality. The magnetic ring around the end faucet that helps keep it secured to the pole has rusted and basically just physically disintegrated. I feel like the workmanship of a faucet that is so expensive should hold up for more than just 3 years. Maybe they have fixed this issue but just be aware this could happen to you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating Faucet!! We purchased this new faucet for our new kitchen renovation in July 2023. Paid extra for the Touch2O feature. I thought we would get use to the touch feature over time, but six months later, we cannot stand it! The water turns off when you touch the handle to change the temperature of the water. It shuts off when you touch the nozzle to spray the sink. If you even get close to the faucet it shuts off. Then you have to touch it 3-4 times before it will go on again. We know this is not how it is supposed to work, but it seems to only get more frustrating, not better. It was a waste of money, and we will be replacing it with a regular functioning faucet soon. The only thing we like about it is it looks very nice in our kitchen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Sensitive We purchased this faucet six months ago and had it professionally installed in the course of a home remodeling project. The slightest brush against the faucet will stop the water flow. Touch it again to restart it and accidently bush against any part of the faucet and it stops. Very frustrating. We were going to just disconnect the power source and use it as a regular faucet but learned that was not possible. Trying to change the water temperature with the faucet running also causes the flow to stop. Washing dishes in a normal sized sink we find that we brush the faucet multiple times. We are not happy with the sensitivity of the faucet especially considering the cost of the item. I would recommend staying away from this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We are going to save SO MUCH water I just installed this Lenta faucet with the touch technology last week, so we haven't had a whole lot of time with it. It always bothered me to touch the faucet handle with "dirty" fingers, so this is going to be great. It does take some getting used to. I can't count how many times we have turned it off at the handle instead of just touching it. In order for the faucet to know the difference between touching it on or off vs wanting to move it around, there is an ever so slight delay between touching it and it responding. That has been the hardest part of getting used to the faucet, TBH. An unexpected side-effect of having only ONE touch faucet in the house is that we try to turn our other faucets off and on by tapping them. I was't expecting that. A couple of things I don't like are the jumble under our sink, which causes the weight to catch on things, and the fact that the head doesn't fit right in the faucet neck (see photos). The Lenta faucet is replacing a Delta Cason faucet we had for 5+ years. We never had a problem with the head not fitting right, and the weight never caught on anything. Our new sink is deeper than the old one and the "black box" for the electronics takes up a fair amount of room under the sink. So there are more things "hanging around" for the weight to catch on. If there was a way to move this box down by the battery case, that might help that situation. All in all, we LOVE this Lenta faucet. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Really need a better way to attach that side handle to the base, the spring thing wants to push it out and the screw you have to figure out how to tighten without being able to see it. Must be a better way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing We bought the Lenta Touch 2O in stainless at Lowe’s. The “touch” part of this product doesn’t work properly and when it doesn’t work, the faucet doesn’t work, meaning we have no water flow at all. The “touch” part works off of a battery pack. When the faucet stopped working we replaced the batteries over and over again. Doesn’t solve the problem. Asked for a refund from Lowe’s and Delta but Lowe’s refused as it was after their 90 day refund period. Delta gave us a partial (one-third) refund saying we should have “tested” the problem with them before requesting a refund. Problem is, we had no water flow due to the “touch” problem so we had to replace the whole thing. So we bought a new faucet without the “touch” component. A big cluster. Don’t buy this product unless you enjoy being ripped off and inconvenienced. Obviously they need to work on the rather flimsy “touch” technology.

Full of desirable features, like: =360degree rotation of faucet - not necessary, but it has come in handy =Touch Sense - allows you to turn on the faucet with just a touch (does a good job reacting to only touch and not grabs) =The online videos - These are EXTREMELY helpful. After watching the related install video 2 times, I was able to install this new faucet in less than thirty minutes. It took me longer to uninstall the old one. =Customer service is OUTSTANDING! I had a question regarding the inline water filtration that was not covered in the manual nor the video. A real live human answered the call and they quickly provided a complete answer with explanation for why. =BEST OF ALL, this stainless steel faucet DOES NOT HOLD FINGER/HAND PRINTS. I guess that I wasn't expecting this since my old faucet always showed finger prints. BONUS.

When your hands are messy no need to worry about turning on a faucet to and making it dirty you are able to use your forearm to turn on the faucet to warm your farm and keep the faucet clean. it it such a great faucet. We are in love with it. Best investment ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love all the features I received this faucet a couple months ago and absolutely love it. My husband installed it with no problems and it didn't take long. Having a sensor that tells me if the water is hot and cold is nice, especially with younger children in my house. They can never remember which way to turn the faucet, with the temperature sensor they know to look at it to tell if it is cold or not so they don't burn themselves. Being able to put my hand near the faucet head and the water turn on is awesome, especially with messy hand that you don't want to touch anything with. The removable faucet head is great for rinsing big dishes and fill pots, etc.. I love the spray shield for rinsing off dishes, the water is contained in the sink and doesn't splash off the dish and go everywhere. Being able to change the water flow out of the faucet to a spray or stream is good for spraying stuck on food. Overall I love my new faucet more than I thought I would, I am never switching back the the normal faucets. I would recommend this faucet to anyone thinking to upgrade or deciding what to put in a new house or remodeling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Faucet This sink faucet is absolutely amazing! It is very sophisticated looking in my kitchen and I get many compliments on it. The install of the faucet was pretty easy. I love that it has SpotShield which helps keeps it looking clean. No fingerprints or water spots show on it. My favorite feature is that I don't have to use the handle to turn it on. When my hands are dirty I can just tap the faucet and the water comes on. No more dirty germs on the handle. ShieldSpray is pretty great too. I can spray food off the dishes without it splashing me or the counters. No more guessing when the water is to the temperature I want. The light on the front shows whether the water is hot or cold. I absolutely recommend this faucet to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Wow what a beautiful faucet! This has taken my kitchen to another level. It is bigger than I pictured and I could probably have gone with a smaller size. The installation was not too difficult, although my husband is a perfectionist so anything he does takes longer than your average Joe. He's a keeper anyway. The touchless design is perfection and I hope it doesn't give out anytime soon, despite my 4 kids using it every other time I turn around.
