Nice addition to the new kitchen
When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Faucet did not work. Paid a plumber to install to faucet and an internal valve was faulty. Paid the plumber again to uninstall and install a new faucet. Very disappointed.

Exactly What I was looking for.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great modern looks, works great and Delta quality at a price less than what I'd expect to pay for a Delta. I really love this faucet. I'm so glad I got a touch operated rather than a touchless. I've seen some touchless where the sensor is at the base and you have to bend your arm or else get your sleeve wet when you turn it on. You can touch it lightly anywhere on the body and it operates flawlessly. It recognizes the difference between a touch and a grab so when you pull out the wand it will keep flowing plus it has 3 different spray patterns. Would definitely buy again.

Don't forget the batteries!
The only reason this faucet isn't getting one star is because it really is a nice looking faucet. But the issues with this thing...omg! First, you've got the sensitivity issues that are listed in many reviews. My favorite, though, is when you don't even touch the faucet at all and the water shuts off. But the issue today is that the water doesn't work. Like, won't turn on at all. I just read up on it and it turns out that it needs new batteries. A faucet that won't work without batteries has got to be one of the stupidest things I've ever heard of, especially for the price we paid for it.

Model: 19820TZ-BL-DST in matte black finish Purchased this faucet in 2021. Hose stopped fully retracting into faucet. Counterweight unobstructed. Hose seems blocked to and set in place with the magnet.

I recommend checking for snags or burrs on the outside of the RP62057 hose. The hose may need to be replaced. If the hose is catching on the spout magnet, a replacement magnet is available as RP80977.

We have a Lenta Touch2O in our new house, June 2024 move in. Initially, the touch feature worked well, but it began to drip after 2 months. 4 months later, it is a steady drip when using the touch feature. No drip when the handle is off. Is there a fix?

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the Lenta® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology Model#: 19802TZ-BL-DST. To do this, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid.
After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket.
We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines.
1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process.
2. Move the handle to the full mixed position.
3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side.
4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket.
5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket.
6. Reconnect the supply line.
*Please use caution when flushing the hot water.*
You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet.

Is there a temperature range adjustment? The cold water does not seem as cold as my other faucets.

The temperature range is not adjustable. Cross-flow when the handle is open could affect the temperature. If there’s a cross-flow of hot and cold water, it could be that the check valves are not properly installed on the supply lines.

Does this faucet have a temperature limiter? Our hot water doesn't get hot like the old faucet and we can only get water hot enough to be in the purple led range.

First, confirm that the ferrules are screwed onto the check valves and that the hot and cold water lines each have a check valve installed.
To check for debris trapped in the hot water supply:
Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket
Shut off both water supplies
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line
Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp.
Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket
Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket.
Shut off cold supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move handle to off position.
Reattach hot side line.
Turn on both water supply valves.
To check for an issue with the cartridge:
In the full-hot position, the cold water inlet of the valve cartridge is completely closed off, thus the faucet will only flow hot water. If there is something wrong with the cartridge, cold water could be mixing in with the hot water, even in the full-hot position. Test this by closing the hot supply stop under the sink and then turn the faucet handle to the full-hot position. There should be no water output from the faucet (save for a drip or two every minute or so). If there is water output with the hot supply shut off, then the cartridge should be replaced.

My Lena touch less kitchen faucet has low flow. Flow is good with head removed so I’m guessing it’s the aerator or something else inside head.

Faucet started dripping bad when you use touch feature to shut off have to shut off with the handle. What part needs to be replaced? TY

If the unit is not turning off with touch only, the solenoid is not closing completely and may need to be cleaned or replaced. To clean the debris please refer to the information below!
We will first try a solenoid reset.
1. Unplug the battery box for 30 seconds.
2. Plug the battery pack back in and secure it 2 inches away from anything surrounding it.
3. Open the handle and tap the faucet to the off position.
4. If it is still dripping, please proceed to the flushing process.
To flush a solenoid, please gather a bucket, a couple of Q-Tips, and a few towels to continue.
1. Please turn the handle to the off position.
2. Please clear the area under your sink and remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid.
3. Once you remove the clip, grab a towel and place it under the connection. Gently pull the hose off.
4. Please place the bucket under the solenoid and turn the handle to the open position and tap the faucet to turn it on. This will allow water to flow out of the hose into the bucket. Flush this for about a minute.
5. Turn it back off, reconnect the hose with the clip and remove the clip at the top of the solenoid.
Look on the top of the solenoid, inside of the connection and if you see any debris, please clean it out with a Q-Tip.

Does the Lenta faucet default back to stream? In other words, if I turn on spray, then turn the faucet off, will it be on stream next time I turn it on?
