Nice addition to the new kitchen
When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Buyer Beware
Faucet did not work. Paid a plumber to install to faucet and an internal valve was faulty. Paid the plumber again to uninstall and install a new faucet. Very disappointed.

Kitchen Faucet
Great Product, Stylish Design, Convenient to use with the added height afforded by the high Arch Design. The Pull-Out Spray Head with it's Multiple Spray Patterns allows you to get in Close for the tough spots. The Touch On/Off is Probably it's Number One Feature for my Wife & I.

This is the most beautiful faucet I have ever seen. I love the delta name because I know it’s durable and will perform for a long time. It is built well and not light weight.

Exactly What I was looking for.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great modern looks, works great and Delta quality at a price less than what I'd expect to pay for a Delta. I really love this faucet. I'm so glad I got a touch operated rather than a touchless. I've seen some touchless where the sensor is at the base and you have to bend your arm or else get your sleeve wet when you turn it on. You can touch it lightly anywhere on the body and it operates flawlessly. It recognizes the difference between a touch and a grab so when you pull out the wand it will keep flowing plus it has 3 different spray patterns. Would definitely buy again.

Don't forget the batteries!
The only reason this faucet isn't getting one star is because it really is a nice looking faucet. But the issues with this thing...omg! First, you've got the sensitivity issues that are listed in many reviews. My favorite, though, is when you don't even touch the faucet at all and the water shuts off. But the issue today is that the water doesn't work. Like, won't turn on at all. I just read up on it and it turns out that it needs new batteries. A faucet that won't work without batteries has got to be one of the stupidest things I've ever heard of, especially for the price we paid for it.

What is the Dimension the handle of the faucett opens to right . I have a water filler spout to the right of my existing faucet and I would prefer to not drill another hole in the granite counter top.

I am in love with this faucet but have a question about the touch technology. My cat is around the faucet and with his rubbing on it, would that turn on the water?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet Touch2O model 19802TZ-CZ-DST.
Because a cat is smaller than a person, the faucet should not turn on. If there is an accidental activation, the faucet turns off after 4 minutes as a safety feature.
