Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice addition to the new kitchen When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The salesman Mike Sterling was very good, accommodating, explain in detail each faucet I was trying to compare; I was not prepared to make a decision but with his total knowledge of all faucets in the store and internet, it gave me the confidence I was buying the right product. I'm still getting used to the faucet I purchased but i'm happy with it although sometimes it does not perform as expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous statement piece in my kitchen This is the most beautiful faucet I have ever seen. I love the delta name because I know it’s durable and will perform for a long time. It is built well and not light weight. The touch is great when just in the kitchen. It gives great flow of water and I am very happy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly What I was looking for. This is exactly what I was looking for. Great modern looks, works great and Delta quality at a price less than what I'd expect to pay for a Delta. I really love this faucet. I'm so glad I got a touch operated rather than a touchless. I've seen some touchless where the sensor is at the base and you have to bend your arm or else get your sleeve wet when you turn it on. You can touch it lightly anywhere on the body and it operates flawlessly. It recognizes the difference between a touch and a grab so when you pull out the wand it will keep flowing plus it has 3 different spray patterns. Would definitely buy again.

Faucet drips non stop when it’s off, how do I stop this

Asked by: Mike
Hello Valued Customer, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the Lenta® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology Model#: 19802TZ-BL-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

Can the Delta Lenta Touch2O faucent be used completely manual like MODEL#: 19802Z-DST? If we run into an issue with the touch feature, I do not want to be left with a unusable faucet.

Asked by: Renichelle
Hi Kathy, thank you for your interest in the 19802TZ-BL-DST! For Kitchen Touch2O® faucets, there are a few ways to make them manual. 1. If you can get the water to flow, then the most universal option can be used. It does not matter which model or version for this method (excluding Pascal & eFLow). With the faucet running water, disconnect the battery pack by opening it. Or if you have an open battery tray, remove the batteries. You now have a manually operated faucet. The solenoid was open allowing water to flow through and is now stuck open because you removed the power it would use to close. Reconnecting the battery would close the solenoid and make it electronic again. Or 2. If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. a. Open the battery holder cap. b. Disconnect the sensor hook(s) from the spout and/or valve shank. c. Remove the hose clip and hose from the solenoid. d. Remove the solenoid from the valve outlet tube by removing the clip or swinging the clip open. e. Reconnect the hose with the hose clip to the spout outlet nipple. Note: If the solenoid uses RP60520 adapter to connect to the valve outlet, for example, the early Trinsic®, Addison™, and Ashton® … the pullout hose can be connected directly to the valve outlet nipple, not the adapter. a. Open the battery holder cap. b. Disconnect the sensor hook(s) from the spout and/or valve shank. c. Remove the hose clip and hose. d. Remove the metal solenoid clip and solenoid. e. Remove the adapter from the valve outlet tube. The adapter must also be removed to reveal the valve outlet nipple. The hose cannot connect to the adapter. f. Reconnect the hose with the hose clip to the valve outlet nipple. The faucet is now a manually operated pullout or pulldown. Or 3. If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. This is the least preferred method. These directions are in the packaged instructions, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Digital Communications Specialist

I have power to the faucet but when u touch it sometimes the light turn on but no water. After 5-10 mins the faucet will work again what is the reason for this?

Asked by: Jluu
I think I just discovered the reason why my touch faucet would work sometimes and be delayed other times. I was under the sink moving some things around. I touched the power cord and the water came on. I touched it again and it stopped. It seems the cord was touching something under the sink which caused it to not work all the time. I re-arranged the cord so it wouldn't come into contact with anything else. Hopefully, this will solve that issue.

I had the D19802TZBLDST installed a year ago and we love it! Recently the hot water is not coming out very well, just a low stream. I have checked the hot water main line incoming valve and it allows flow through it. Could this be a bad cartridge?

Asked by: Steve
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. We recommend flushing the faucet. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. When I pull on the handle no water is coming out at all, when the blue light is on or off. The light is not blinking to indicate low batteries but I have never changed them. I’ve had it since January.

Asked by: Dee14
Hi Dee14, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If your LENTA™ Touch2O® MODEL#: 19802TZ-BL-DST spout displays the proper light, but no water is coming out of the spout, a. Verify the handle is in the “on” position. b. Verify the water supplies are turned to the “on” position. c. Move the handle to the “off” position. Unscrew the hose from the spray head and check for any debris in the spray head inlet. Move the handle to the “on” position to verify water is reaching the sprayer. Replace the spray head. d. Move the handle to the “off” position. Remove the hose from the solenoid and move the handle to the “on” position to check for flow coming from the solenoid. Reconnect the hose to the solenoid. e. With the handle in the “off” position, remove the hose from the faucet to the solenoid. Move the handle to the “on” position to check if water is going through the manual valve and reaching the solenoid. If water is getting to the solenoid, but it is not getting through the solenoid, replace the solenoid and electronics kit. Please reach out with further questions! We have a Lenta Touch2O in our new house, June 2024 move in. Initially, the touch feature worked well, but it began to drip after 2 months. 4 months later, it is a steady drip when using the touch feature. No drip when the handle is off. Is there a fix?

Asked by: Lawrence
Hi Lawrence, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the Lenta® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O® Technology Model#: 19802TZ-BL-DST. To do this, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. *Please use caution when flushing the hot water.* You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

Does this faucet have a temperature limiter? Our hot water doesn't get hot like the old faucet and we can only get water hot enough to be in the purple led range.

Asked by: Brandon
Hi Brandon, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! This faucet does not have a temperature limiter. First, confirm that the ferrules are screwed onto the check valves and that the hot and cold water lines each have a check valve installed. To check for debris trapped in the hot water supply: Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket Shut off both water supplies Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp. Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move handle to off position. Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves. To check for an issue with the cartridge: In the full-hot position, the cold water inlet of the valve cartridge is completely closed off, thus the faucet will only flow hot water. If there is something wrong with the cartridge, cold water could be mixing in with the hot water, even in the full-hot position. Test this by closing the hot supply stop under the sink and then turn the faucet handle to the full-hot position. There should be no water output from the faucet (save for a drip or two every minute or so). If there is water output with the hot supply shut off, then the cartridge should be replaced. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

Tighten handle. How?

Asked by: Keith
Hi Keith, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802TZ-DST. This handle attachment system utilizes a self-tapping hex head handle screw pre-installed in the cartridge stem that traps the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange. 1. Thread the self-tapping screw into the hole in the cartridge stem leaving at least a 1/8" gap using a 1/8" hex key. The screw will cut it's own threads into the stem. 2. Push the handle onto the stem. 3. Finish tightening the screw with a 1/8" hex key to secure the handle. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

Our lenta faucet won't self retract.

Asked by: Nancy1

I have one of these and the head is rusting at the top where it connects. The sprayer buttons are getting sticky and I may need to replace the head. How do I go about that?

Asked by: Mitch
Hi Mitch, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802TLZ-SP-DST. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! If the sprayer buttons are sticky, I recommend soaking the sprayer in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water. This can help remove buildup that is causing the issue. Rust on the top of the sprayer is likely caused by the magnet in the spout. If the spout magnet coating is damaged or defective, it can begin to rust. I recommend replacing the RP80977 magnet. A replacement spray wand is RP101314SP if needed. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist
