Nice addition to the new kitchen
When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Mike Sterling was very good, accommodating, explain in detail each faucet I was trying to compare; I was not prepared to make a decision but with his total knowledge of all faucets in the store and internet, it gave me the confidence I was buying the right product.
I'm still getting used to the faucet I purchased but i'm happy with it although sometimes it does not perform as expected.

Exactly What I was looking for.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great modern looks, works great and Delta quality at a price less than what I'd expect to pay for a Delta. I really love this faucet. I'm so glad I got a touch operated rather than a touchless. I've seen some touchless where the sensor is at the base and you have to bend your arm or else get your sleeve wet when you turn it on. You can touch it lightly anywhere on the body and it operates flawlessly. It recognizes the difference between a touch and a grab so when you pull out the wand it will keep flowing plus it has 3 different spray patterns. Would definitely buy again.

Pull the wand and hose out of the faucet.
Some of our connections have a small black button, if you see the button (Push) and twist to unthread.
If there is no button, unthread the wand directly from the hose.

My customer has limited control of their right hand. Let me hear back as to if this faucet be installed "backwards" with the handle on the left side and the valve "reversed" to make it easier for her to adjust this faucets temperature.

Cold water comes out with normal pressure but hot water is slow. I checked and pressure is fine when not connected to the faucet. Is there a way to flush the hot water only? I tried the flush as recommended in the manual but it didn’t help.

Where are the batteries located on the 19802TZ-BL-DTS? We have only had the unit installed for 6 months and we are getting a solid red light. Purchased through Lowe's in Nov, contractor installed in late Dec, 2022.

The plastic clip on the neck of my faucet has cracked and come out. It held the magnet that the nozzle pulls out of so it no longer sits flush. Is this a replaceable part.

Hot & cold reversed - this was a replacement faucet so we are 100% sure supply lines installed correctly and with provided check valves. Cannot find any solution that works.

Can this faucet be used without the touch feature? Meaning, turn it on and off manually with the lever.

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 19802TZ-SP-DST! The easiest way to make our Delta touch models manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise making them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method.

Can this be used for a 4 hole sink knowing we will just cap off the old sprayer hole (4th hole)?

We would also recommend a soap dispenser for the fourth hole if you do not want to cover it. Any soap dispenser will work for this installation.
