This is the most functional faucet!
Great idea and execution! Helps conserve water. Two thumbs up for the convenience of touching the faucet anywhere for immediate on/off. Also, the shield spray covers a wide area and rinses everything quickly. Like the light indicator as well. And the magnetic docking head is very helpful. Only hiccup is while wearing gloves, I use my arm to turn water off/on.

The arc is very high on this faucet. Have your installer set it as close to the edge as possible, so it sprays toward the center of the sink. Wish I had gotten a deeper sink.

Best faucet ever.
Full of desirable features, like:
=360degree rotation of faucet - not necessary, but it has come in handy
=Touch Sense - allows you to turn on the faucet with just a touch (does a good job reacting to only touch and not grabs)
=The online videos - These are EXTREMELY helpful. After watching the related install video 2 times, I was able to install this new faucet in less than thirty minutes. It took me longer to uninstall the old one.
=Customer service is OUTSTANDING! I had a question regarding the inline water filtration that was not covered in the manual nor the video. A real live human answered the call and they quickly provided a complete answer with explanation for why.
=BEST OF ALL, this stainless steel faucet DOES NOT HOLD FINGER/HAND PRINTS. I guess that I wasn't expecting this since my old faucet always showed finger prints. BONUS.

Love the touchless feature
I had this installed in my home now for about a month and I love this faucet. It has come in handy so many times. When your hands are messy no need to worry about turning on a faucet to and making it dirty you are able to use your forearm to turn on the faucet to warm your farm and keep the faucet clean. it it such a great faucet. We are in love with it. Best investment ever.

Love all the features
I received this faucet a couple months ago and absolutely love it. My husband installed it with no problems and it didn't take long. Having a sensor that tells me if the water is hot and cold is nice, especially with younger children in my house. They can never remember which way to turn the faucet, with the temperature sensor they know to look at it to tell if it is cold or not so they don't burn themselves. Being able to put my hand near the faucet head and the water turn on is awesome, especially with messy hand that you don't want to touch anything with. The removable faucet head is great for rinsing big dishes and fill pots, etc.. I love the spray shield for rinsing off dishes, the water is contained in the sink and doesn't splash off the dish and go everywhere. Being able to change the water flow out of the faucet to a spray or stream is good for spraying stuck on food. Overall I love my new faucet more than I thought I would, I am never switching back the the normal faucets. I would recommend this faucet to anyone thinking to upgrade or deciding what to put in a new house or remodeling.

Amazing Faucet
This sink faucet is absolutely amazing! It is very sophisticated looking in my kitchen and I get many compliments on it. The install of the faucet was pretty easy. I love that it has SpotShield which helps keeps it looking clean. No fingerprints or water spots show on it. My favorite feature is that I don't have to use the handle to turn it on. When my hands are dirty I can just tap the faucet and the water comes on. No more dirty germs on the handle. ShieldSpray is pretty great too. I can spray food off the dishes without it splashing me or the counters. No more guessing when the water is to the temperature I want. The light on the front shows whether the water is hot or cold. I absolutely recommend this faucet to anyone!

Beautiful
Wow what a beautiful faucet! This has taken my kitchen to another level. It is bigger than I pictured and I could probably have gone with a smaller size. The installation was not too difficult, although my husband is a perfectionist so anything he does takes longer than your average Joe. He's a keeper anyway. The touchless design is perfection and I hope it doesn't give out anytime soon, despite my 4 kids using it every other time I turn around.

A quality, easy to install faucet.
When I received this it was my first time installing a faucet by myself. I was happy to find out that Delta has a YouTube video detailing step by step how to install this faucet. It came with everything you need to install it, for multiple types of sinks. It went in flawlessly the first time with no leaks.
As far as the features, the tap on and off has become a must have feature since using it. The temperature indicator light is extremely useful, not having to run your hand under the water to tell if it’s hot or cold is nice. The high pressure beam with the “shield” is awesome it does a great job of preventing splashing water all over you.
The styling is great and the black matches my counters and appliances perfectly. I am extremely happy with everything about this faucet.

Sophisticated faucet
This is a very sophisticated faucet from Delta.The installation was a breeze.Witha a little help from the online video from Delta it only took about an hour. The design is sleek and the sprayer has a few functions that can be changed with a button ,or hidden ,the attached sprayer makes clean up a breeze and efficient without the need of a separate sink.
My favorite feature is the touch sense technology which allows you to bump any part of the nozzle without turning the handle to turn the water on or off This helps eliminate the speed of germs There is also a light on the front that let's you know if the water is hot ,cold ,or warm you are not surprised when you use the touch feature great product

With as many germs spreading now I feel alot safer knowing there isn't a ton of people touching the faucet with dirty hands foods or just germs! The features of different sprays is cool too! We were very excited to install this faucet and Delta made it super easy by the included paper instructions but also by the assistance of their video posted online. In total, from the start of removing our old faucet to the end of installing the new one, it took a little over one hour. The faucet has really nice features including the new spray function that creates a shield of water around a single power stream. This blasts through stuck on food and keeps your shirt dry in the process! Very nice!! The faucet also has a light indicator that changes color with temperature to give you a visual reminder of how hot or cold your water is. Overall we are very pleased with the install and the functionality and would absolutely recommend this faucet to others.

Innovative Functionality and Superb Style
I replaced my kitchen pull-down faucet after seven years with the Delta Shieldspray faucet to eliminate the mess on my granite countertop that always occurred with each time I cleaned pots and pans in my farmhouse sink. The sleek design of this faucet was what caught my eye when shopping, but the innovative functionality of the Shieldspray is what sold it. Amazingly efficient, not only for the ShieldSpray but I also love the touchless feature to turn the water off and on. With design and functionality, Delta delivers superbly!

Faucet of the future!
This thing is amazing!! My husband installed it for me and I have never been so happy to do the dishes! The spray guard keeps nasty food or water from hitting you and the easy touch turn on feature is great for when you are in contact with raw meats! I am never going back to your normal everyday faucet!

Excellent Product
I love everything about my new Delta Touch2O Pull-Down Kitchen & Bar/Prep Faucet. It was easy to install and the instructions weren’t complicated or hard to follow.
We installed it in our bathroom and it looks fabulous. I like that I can touch it just about anywhere to turn it on without using my hands. The pull down sprayer helps with removing hair from the sink when my husband shaves. The spray shield feature helps keep the water inside the sink while cleaning, so I don’t have to worry about excess water going elsewhere.
This faucet is a great addition to our home.

I was so excited to get this faucer installed! It is definitely an upgrade compared to my previous faucet. It was pretty easy to install and set up.
