Beautifull but NO batteries NO water!!
Beautiful design, the faucet head that comes out has a "waterpik like" option that works great to clean difficult things, also the retractable head snaps back in place with a magnet. Now to the reason why I will return it if I could or would NOT recommend it to anybody: THE BATTERIES!! it will not last more than 3 months and when the batteries die so does the faucet. Water will NOT come out!! so stupid! To remove the battery pack you must cut the water off and spend a good 20 min under your sink taking off and on several parts. They have the option to buy an AC supply adapter BUT... you must have a plug under your sink and during a power outage you better have all 6 batteries to make the darn thing work!

Delta Lenta pull down faucet
The kitchen faucet is solid, elegant, installed easily (I engaged a plumber for this), and works well.
My only reservation, which dropped the rating from 5 to 4 stars, is the supply lines are plastic instead of stainless steel braid.

Nice addition to the new kitchen
When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

The salesman
Mike Sterling was very good, accommodating, explain in detail each faucet I was trying to compare; I was not prepared to make a decision but with his total knowledge of all faucets in the store and internet, it gave me the confidence I was buying the right product.
I'm still getting used to the faucet I purchased but i'm happy with it although sometimes it does not perform as expected.

Buyer Beware
Faucet did not work. Paid a plumber to install to faucet and an internal valve was faulty. Paid the plumber again to uninstall and install a new faucet. Very disappointed.

Kitchen Faucet
Great Product, Stylish Design, Convenient to use with the added height afforded by the high Arch Design. The Pull-Out Spray Head with it's Multiple Spray Patterns allows you to get in Close for the tough spots. The Touch On/Off is Probably it's Number One Feature for my Wife & I.
