The kitchen faucet is solid, elegant, installed easily (I engaged a plumber for this), and works well.
My only reservation, which dropped the rating from 5 to 4 stars, is the supply lines are plastic instead of stainless steel braid.

Nice addition to the new kitchen
When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Mike Sterling was very good, accommodating, explain in detail each faucet I was trying to compare; I was not prepared to make a decision but with his total knowledge of all faucets in the store and internet, it gave me the confidence I was buying the right product.

There are a couple more ways we can advise making them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method.

Can this be used for a 4 hole sink knowing we will just cap off the old sprayer hole (4th hole)?

what is the reason for low water flow

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802TZ-SP-DST.
To troubleshoot reduced water flow, we recommend removing and cleaning the aerator. A plastic wrench is included to help unscrew the aerator. Also, unscrew the sprayer from the hose, secure the hose, and clean any debris on the screen or in the connection. Remove and clean the filter in the top connection of the solenoid valve under the sink. It can be removed with tweezers or needle-nose pliers.
I also recommend flushing the supply lines into a bucket when the solenoid valve is removed, as shown in step 4 of the installation instructions.

Low flow is normally caused by a blockage or debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet to increase the flow.
Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Please follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 7 of the maintenance and installation sheet.

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

Why does my Delta 19802TZ-SP-DST touch faucet come on by itself?

Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help!
Unintended or "ghost" activations can be caused by the environment around the faucet, such as the position of the wires under the sink or something metal or conductive near the faucet.
Check that the wires are separated and not touching something metal. The sense wire clipped to the faucet shank should extend away from the sink and from the solenoid valve. The battery box should be flat on the floor with 2" clearance around it. The faucet base and mounting hardware are designed so that the metal faucet shank does not touch the counter or sink.

The Delta LENTA Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology MODEL# 19802TZ-DST does not have a flow restrictor.
Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies.
Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know.

We have a Lenta, D 19802TZSPGST kitchen faucet. It says we should be able to touch it anywhere on it for the water to go on and off with touch2 O. However, it will only work this feature if you touch the base. What’s the matter with this?

The RP101948BL pull-down sprayer would fit but is not designed for this faucet, it's shape may not match. It docks to the same spout magnet, and the hose attaches the same under the sink.

My 19802TZ-SP-DST every 4 weeks I have to remove the sprayer to clean out local town water sediment from the filter. I use a q-tip and dig. Is there a better way? Other faucets i had could remove the filter; not this one? Please advise.

I'm looking for a replacement head for 19802TZ-SP-DST. The faucet is about 3 years old. Water flow has been trickling down with time and my efforts to clean it up have had limited results.
