Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice addition to the new kitchen When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The salesman Mike Sterling was very good, accommodating, explain in detail each faucet I was trying to compare; I was not prepared to make a decision but with his total knowledge of all faucets in the store and internet, it gave me the confidence I was buying the right product. I'm still getting used to the faucet I purchased but i'm happy with it although sometimes it does not perform as expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous statement piece in my kitchen This is the most beautiful faucet I have ever seen. I love the delta name because I know it’s durable and will perform for a long time. It is built well and not light weight. The touch is great when just in the kitchen. It gives great flow of water and I am very happy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly What I was looking for. This is exactly what I was looking for. Great modern looks, works great and Delta quality at a price less than what I'd expect to pay for a Delta. I really love this faucet. I'm so glad I got a touch operated rather than a touchless. I've seen some touchless where the sensor is at the base and you have to bend your arm or else get your sleeve wet when you turn it on. You can touch it lightly anywhere on the body and it operates flawlessly. It recognizes the difference between a touch and a grab so when you pull out the wand it will keep flowing plus it has 3 different spray patterns. Would definitely buy again.

Q&A

My Delta Lenta Touch2O suddenly lost some water pressure. I just bought this in April 2021.

Asked by: noelafe7
Hi noelafe7, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with our Delt Faucet Lenta™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Chrome MODEL#: 19802TZ-DST. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Low flow is normally caused by a blockage or debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet to increase the flow. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Please follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 7 of the maintenance and installation sheet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/106559%20Rev%20D.pdf To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

Why does my Delta 19802TZ-SP-DST touch faucet come on by itself?

Asked by: Youngsterix
Hi Youngsterix, Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! Unintended or "ghost" activations can be caused by the environment around the faucet, such as the position of the wires under the sink or something metal or conductive near the faucet. Check that the wires are separated and not touching something metal. The sense wire clipped to the faucet shank should extend away from the sink and from the solenoid valve. The battery box should be flat on the floor with 2" clearance around it. The faucet base and mounting hardware are designed so that the metal faucet shank does not touch the counter or sink. Please reach out for further assistance or see more information here: https://support.deltafaucet.com/s/article/Are-there-any-special-instructions-for-installing-a-faucet-with-Touch2O-Technology-1628028364224 Best Regards, Bryan

Does this faucet have a flow restrictor? The water pressure coming out of the faucet is really low.

Asked by: Amber
Hello Amber, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the inconveniences you are experiencing and will be happy to help you. The Delta LENTA Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology MODEL# 19802TZ-DST does not have a flow restrictor. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance. Best Regards, Kelley

I have the champagne bronze color and notice some fingerprints on it. What are the best products to clean, Or wipe it, without causing damage to the finish? Thanks!

Asked by: Keljo
Good morning Keljo, Thank you for your interest in Delta Faucet! We appreciate your purchase and are happy to help guide you with the best care recommendations for your new product. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products. If you’d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer’ instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products. Most drain cleaners may be used when following their specific directions and not allowing exposure to the finish longer than 30 minutes. If you would like to further discuss the care of your unit, you may contact our residential warranty line directly at 800-345-3358 (prompt 2, then 4). We are available Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 8p.m. and Saturdays from 9a.m to 6p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Best Regards, Frank

The handle keeps falling off of this Lenta unit. is there a way to permanently attach it to the faucet?

Asked by: Anthony
Hi Anthony, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802TZ-DST. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the handle. We are happy to help! This handle attachment system utilizes a self-tapping hex head handle screw pre-installed in the cartridge stem that traps the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange. 1. Thread the self-tapping screw into the hole in the cartridge stem leaving at least a 1/8" gap using a 1/8" hex key. The screw will cut it's own threads into the stem. 2. Push the handle onto the stem. 3. Finish tightening the screw with a 1/8" hex key to secure the handle. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Asked by: Matt
Hi Matt, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802TZ-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! Unfortunately, the maximum temperature is not adjustable. The faucet is not designed to limit the water temperature. The check valves prevent cold water from cross-flowing into the hot water supply if the cold water pressure is higher. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions!
