Nice addition to the new kitchen
When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Mike Sterling was very good, accommodating, explain in detail each faucet I was trying to compare; I was not prepared to make a decision but with his total knowledge of all faucets in the store and internet, it gave me the confidence I was buying the right product.
I'm still getting used to the faucet I purchased but i'm happy with it although sometimes it does not perform as expected.

Exactly What I was looking for.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great modern looks, works great and Delta quality at a price less than what I'd expect to pay for a Delta. I really love this faucet. I'm so glad I got a touch operated rather than a touchless. I've seen some touchless where the sensor is at the base and you have to bend your arm or else get your sleeve wet when you turn it on. You can touch it lightly anywhere on the body and it operates flawlessly. It recognizes the difference between a touch and a grab so when you pull out the wand it will keep flowing plus it has 3 different spray patterns. Would definitely buy again.

I Purchased an Essa Kitchen Faucet with Spotsheild in the stainless finish for a kitchen renovation in May of 2023. The base of the faucet and the sprayer head both have water stains on the which I am unable to remove. Any suggestions how to remove.

If extra measures are needed for stubborn hard water spots, a solution of 50% distilled white vinegar (not apple cider or balsamic vinegar) and water could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward and wipe dry.

The button on the faucet head that switches spray modes has become extremely sticky and won’t smoothly transition from one mode to the other. Is there a way to clean that inside mechanism, or do I need a replacement head? Faucet is 3 1/2 years old.

I just installed a Lenta touch faucet and expected the touch feature to work on all parts of the faucet but touching spout/sprayer does not work. Is this defective or is there troubleshooting I can do?

No, the faucet will not work if the batteries are dead. If you have an A/C power supply adapter, the faucet will still work. We would recommend to change the batteries if you do not have an A/C power supply. If you do have an A/C power supply, we still recommend to have new batteries installed as a backup.

I have power to the faucet but when u touch it sometimes the light turn on but no water. After 5-10 mins the faucet will work again what is the reason for this?
I think I just discovered the reason why my touch faucet would work sometimes and be delayed other times. I was under the sink moving some things around. I touched the power cord and the water came on. I touched it again and it stopped. It seems the cord was touching something under the sink which caused it to not work all the time. I re-arranged the cord so it wouldn't come into contact with anything else. Hopefully, this will solve that issue.

I had the D19802TZBLDST installed a year ago and we love it! Recently the hot water is not coming out very well, just a low stream. I have checked the hot water main line incoming valve and it allows flow through it. Could this be a bad cartridge?

We recommend flushing the faucet.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

When I pull on the handle no water is coming out at all, when the blue light is on or off. The light is not blinking to indicate low batteries but I have never changed them. I’ve had it since January.

If your LENTA™ Touch2O® MODEL#: 19802TZ-BL-DST spout displays the proper light, but no water is coming out of the spout,
a. Verify the handle is in the “on” position.
b. Verify the water supplies are turned to the “on” position.
c. Move the handle to the “off” position. Unscrew the hose from the spray head and check for any debris in the spray head inlet. Move the handle to the “on” position to verify water is reaching the sprayer. Replace the spray head.
d. Move the handle to the “off” position. Remove the hose from the solenoid and move the handle to the “on” position to check for flow coming from the solenoid. Reconnect the hose to the solenoid.
e. With the handle in the “off” position, remove the hose from the faucet to the solenoid. Move the handle to the “on” position to check if water is going through the manual valve and reaching the solenoid. If water is getting to the solenoid, but it is not getting through the solenoid, replace the solenoid and electronics kit.

A coppery metal ring around the neck of the pull down faucet is corroded and crumbling away. This prevents the faucet head to retract fully into the arch neck of the faucet….what do I do to get this corrected?

Can the handle on the Lenta faucet be positioned either on the right side or left side? Or only on the right side like it is in the pictures?

Our Delta 19802TZ-BL-DST faucet can be installed with the handle on the left side, however, the handle will still operate backward. The handle will tilt out for on and cold, then it will tilt back for hot which may hit the backsplash and cause an issue.

How can you de-activate the non-touch feature. Hate it. Just want it to work like a normal faucet.

The easiest way to make our Delta touch model manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise to make them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open.
These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method.

Hello - We have the Delta Faucet model #19802TZ-SP-DST. It continues slow drip from the faucet when turned off by touch. But is stopped completely if we close off the supply manually from the handle. Can you recommend what we can try in order to remedy?
