We are going to save SO MUCH water
I just installed this Lenta faucet with the touch technology last week, so we haven't had a whole lot of time with it. It always bothered me to touch the faucet handle with "dirty" fingers, so this is going to be great. It does take some getting used to. I can't count how many times we have turned it off at the handle instead of just touching it. In order for the faucet to know the difference between touching it on or off vs wanting to move it around, there is an ever so slight delay between touching it and it responding. That has been the hardest part of getting used to the faucet, TBH. An unexpected side-effect of having only ONE touch faucet in the house is that we try to turn our other faucets off and on by tapping them. I was't expecting that.
A couple of things I don't like are the jumble under our sink, which causes the weight to catch on things, and the fact that the head doesn't fit right in the faucet neck (see photos). The Lenta faucet is replacing a Delta Cason faucet we had for 5+ years. We never had a problem with the head not fitting right, and the weight never caught on anything. Our new sink is deeper than the old one and the "black box" for the electronics takes up a fair amount of room under the sink. So there are more things "hanging around" for the weight to catch on. If there was a way to move this box down by the battery case, that might help that situation.
All in all, we LOVE this Lenta faucet. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Want my faucet to work from
Stopped working!
I recently purchased and had a professional plumber install this beautiful faucet. I've used it for 4 days. On the 5th day, I tried using it and it would not turn on. I touched it (as it is touch-sensitive) and manually and neither worked. At this point, I can not get the faucet to work. HELP!!!!

Could be better
I thought I would love the touch technology but honestly, it's too sensitive for me.... I guess over time i will adapt and get use to it but right now it turns off the water when using the want and washing things off. The other two things i was disappointed in was the flow rate and spray settings. Just not a lot of water comes out of this thing, and one of the spray settings is just weird and does not really serve a purpose.

I really like the touch on and off feature and this is the second one of these I have owned putting it in my new house. Sadly the interior of the faucet (mine is slightly different than the one pictured, silver instead of gold etc.) started to deteriorate with flecks getting into the head and causing the stream to almost vanish. I use CLR and it gets a bit better for a while but not for very long. The gasket around where the head connects to the rest is now totally gone. I did not have this problem with the first Delta touch faucet and if it weren't so expensive to purchase and have installed I would try again

Water Line Leaks - Less than a Year Old -- NO PARTS TO FIX
One of my kids noticed water in the cabinet under the sink. The small leak was coming from one of the water supply lines connected to the cartridge assembly. I have not been able to find the part to fix the issue.

Faucet great - handle awful
About a month after my install the handle came loose. While it does slide back on, it's never been tight and it easily comes off. Really need a better way to attach that side handle to the base, the spring thing wants to push it out and the screw you have to figure out how to tighten without being able to see it. Must be a better way.

This faucet is great. My only complaint about it is that you have to leave your faucet to the "on" position to be able to touch it to turn on. And it uses batteries. But it works great, looks great.

Leaky faucet with no water pressure.
We have had this faucet installed for about a month now and it is the worst faucet I have ever had! From day one the water pressure was terrible, I have more pressure out of the water dispenser in my fridge. After a couple short days the faucet developed a slow leak when the handle is on (leaving a permanent mark on my sink) which has made the touch feature completely useless. I wanted to like this faucet because I love the square shape and touch less features but it is absolutely terrible!!

I had a plumber install it for me. It is sturdy, and works perfectly! I can touch with the back of my hand or even my wrist when my hands are dirty from cooking. I have had it a month. My husband who didn't want it, also loves it. I highly recommend!

Faucet quality and refund hasn’t arrived after 16
First it leaked below, then the faucet dripped. I was told to flush the solenoid which I did and that stopped it for a couple days until it leaked again. I sent it back and still have not received my refund after 16 days.

Beautiful
I love this faucet!! The champagne brass is stunning on my black stone countertop. The touch feature is the very best part. I love the ease of a quick touch anywhere on the faucet to turn it on or off. Once you get used to it you’ll want every faucet in the house with this feature. Installation was very straightforward and relatively easy; 30 minutes start to finish and I have never installed a faucet before.

Looked a long time and glad I bought this one. Faucet looks classy and operates perfectly. Have had it in for a month now - works great. Took a bit of extra time and experimentation to get the touch working by using the plug-in and the battery pack. An experienced do-it-yourselfer can install with patience. Installing the faucet without the touch was super fast though - best faucet install of the 8 that we have done over the years.

Beautiful faucet
I purchased this in January, but only had it installed 2 months ago. It's been great up until yesterday when it started leaking. It just drips when left in the "on" position, ready for touch. I'm not sure what is going on at this point. For the price, it shouldn't be leaking so I'm a little disappointed.

Beautiful but still...
My chrome faucet is just beautiful and I love the sensor feature. Sometimes it is difficult to adjust water pressure but the most dysfunctional aspect is when the batteries go dead you CANNOT get any water. I would think that manual operation would still work. I also find I change the batteries often. I've had my faucet for six months and will change batteries for the fourth time today.

Disappointing
We bought the Lenta Touch 2O in stainless at Lowe’s. The “touch” part of this product doesn’t work properly and when it doesn’t work, the faucet doesn’t work, meaning we have no water flow at all. The “touch” part works off of a battery pack. When the faucet stopped working we replaced the batteries over and over again. Doesn’t solve the problem. Asked for a refund from Lowe’s and Delta but Lowe’s refused as it was after their 90 day refund period. Delta gave us a partial (one-third) refund saying we should have “tested” the problem with them before requesting a refund. Problem is, we had no water flow due to the “touch” problem so we had to replace the whole thing. So we bought a new faucet without the “touch” component. A big cluster. Don’t buy this product unless you enjoy being ripped off and inconvenienced. Obviously they need to work on the rather flimsy “touch” technology.

Not a fan!
I really hoped we'd like this automatic faucet, however after 10 months I have to say that the automatic on-off function is absolutely the most inconvenient, annoying feature imaginable. I liked my previous Delta kitchen faucet very much and this one also delivers the same great spray options, plus I love the beautiful, high-quality champagne bronze finish... but the touch activation feature is such a hassle. It turns itself off even as you're using it and you have to tap it over and over just to finish your task. Also, I didn't realize that it's totally battery-dependent (not plugged in) so it acts up as the batteries are dying, completely shuts down when they go dead, and then you have to stop and replace the batteries in the battery pack under the sink to get your faucet to operate again. Aargh! I'm giving up and ordering the "traditional" Delta faucet right now!

Worth it!
Love. It. My color is champagne. Color is gorgeous, not too yellow. Design is sculptural. Function, with touch is awesome - so glad I splurged for it. Even love the special dish clean setting, which surprised me. I highly recommend this great product!
