We are very satisfied with the Delta Faucet. However when in #1 position the head has overspray around the mainstream of water. We had a professional install it and he worked with it to make sure it did not have any grit inside the faucet head. After working with it for about 45 minutes he improved it, but it still has the over spray. Can you please send explanation on what else we can do to eliminate the overspray or what will be the next step in troubleshooting this issue?

Water pressure not Good!
The faucet is beautiful, however, the water flow rate is horrible! Initially thought there was a problem with the pressure tank and installed a new switch- that did help somewhat but after using the faucet for a while the flow rate went down to almost a trickle again- can't rinse the sink or clean dishes at all. Then took the faucet head off and tried to flush - water pressure was good and I got excited only to have the pressure go back down to almost a trickle again. After reading other reviews I see others have had the same problem. I would not recommend this product. I typically buy Delta products for both my kitchen and bath and this is the first time I have ever had any issues.

Beware of "Spray-Shield" technology
Instead of sprayer stream being circumferential is cut in 2 w/space in the middle. Add'l spray function-- "spray-shield"-- I found useless. Water pressure is low even minus H2O savers. Delta allowed me to exchange so there's that!

Low water pressure
We purchased this faucet to replace another delta faucet. After installing, we noticed a drastic change in water pressure. I'm not sure if this is a water saving feature, but I don't think I will be able to keep this as the pressure will barely rinse the sink clean.

Lacks significant water flow
I just had this faucet installed 3 days ago! What a horrible product! The water flow lacks any power. My plumber took the boxes with him otherwise I’d have it uninstalled and returned. I’m going to none the less buy a new faucet and throw this one in the trash. I didn’t watch the video when I purchased it but will on my new faucet. The water has little force. It removes no food from a plate. I’m really disappointed.

Faulty Product?
Remodel after Hurricane Ian. Purchased faucet in March, was installed in May. The faucet head has a constant drip, and a slight drip under the sink. I personally love the style, look. The off/on handle is tight and not fluid to movement.

Easy to install, great function
I am a novice DYI, 60 yo woman, doing an install for the first time. I found the instructions to be straightforward and easy to follow. After 6 months, I have had not trouble and am enjoying the 3 pattern head and single lever handle. I have received many compliments on the square design.
One suggestion, in reading through the questions, especially on clearing debris from the line, I recommend putting those instructions in the troubleshooting section of the manual so people don't have to hunt them down online.

Very nice faucet, especially for the price
Granted it has only been one day since I had this faucet installed, but so far I love it! Substantial and stylish (but not trendy) design, very nice finish and features. The pull-down faucet works smoothly and effortlessly -- much better than my old pull-out model from another leading manufacturer. Reasonable price. The plumber who installed it was impressed. As of now at least, I would definitely recommend this faucet.

Terrible instructions
Installing the faucet body is very confusing. The included instructions reference 3 different countertop gaskets and 3 different under-top securing nut systems. There are only pictures. No text explanation. There are 2 steps to secure the actual under-top nut that comes with the 19802Z-DST faucet... and they should happen in a certain order, but the instructions don't tell you. Instead, the instructions spend exactly 1/2 page on mounting the faucet body with only images and no text, and no sequential steps. Basically it's an explosion diagram. I've installed countless fixtures and have never seen such a mess of instructions. Think I'm over-reacting? Well, if I were to install this faucet in your house and it loosened after 1 week, do you want me back in the house? Do I want to spend 3 work hours disconnecting/reconnecting?
The CORRECT instructions are found at The Home Depot. I wonder why that is.
The faucet is fine, I suppose. It's a faucet. They all work.

I purchased because of the great reviews this faucet has, and I'm glad I did. It was fairly easy to insall and all of the parts I needed were included. It is sleek and beautiful and I love the smooth operation. The instructions included weren't for this particular faucet, but the specific instructions are available on www.homedepot.com on the product page for this faucet.
