Handle does not stay on
After three years, the handle started falling off. We tightened it everyday until the part finally broke. We ordered a new handle. This one worked for about 10 months and now it will not longer stay on the faucet. It is very annoying to have the handle fall off every time we use the faucet.
Since we are the second owners of the house, there is no warranty.
I will never buy another Delta product again.

This faucet in the black finish was the perfect addition to the kitchen renovation. All appliances and hardware are also black and this faucet looks fabulous. The addition of the pull down faucet and spray settings are a bonus.

We just installed this model. It looks great, but seems to only work when you use the touch feature. Isn't there a way for it to turn on manually too? It's kind of annoying to always have to touch it to get the water to flow.

Thank you for your question! A Delta faucet with Touch2O can distinguish between a touch and a grab to help with using the faucet similar to a manual faucet. When grabbing the handle to turn on the faucet, both the handle valve and the touch valve should open.
To disable the touch valve and use the faucet manually, the power or batteries can be disconnected while the water is running.

What is the overall all height of faucet and the clearance needed for water levers from back splash to work properly.

Faucet handle leaking when using

Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 19802Z-CZ-DST! I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. The leaking could be caused by a loose bonnet nut, we would recommend removing the handle and tightening the bonnet nut. IF this does not fix the leaking, the RP50587 would need replaced.

I purchased and installed Model #19802Z-CZ-DST last December (2021) and now this Kitchen Faucet is leaking. I cannot find the recommended Cartridge Assembly (RP74836) from the Part Specifications on the Delta site or Home Depot and Lowes. Please help!!!
My extension hose came off the under the sink connection and now will not form a tight seal. How can I get a new extender hose?

After new installation of 19802Z-BL-DST, Why does my Delta kitchen faucet have very low water pressure?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802Z-BL-DST Lenta™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Matte Black. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
The issue would be caused by water debris trapped in the faucet or supply lines. First, check the flow rate with the aerator removed with the included wrench. If there is good flow, clean the aerator.
Next, check the flow with the sprayer wand removed. Tie or wrap the hose so it does not retract into the faucet. Clean debris from the back of the spray head. We recommend soaking in 50/50 white vinegar and water to dislodge debris trapped in the sprayer, then rinse.
To flush the faucet, turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge, and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.
