Why on this faucet is the hot water on when you turn handle down and cold on top all other ones are the opposite even delta.

19813Z-BLSD-DST.
I apologize for any issue with the handle. Our faucets are typically installed with the handle pointing up for cold water. One consideration is that a faucet is usually turned off in the cold setting and this helps to keep the handle out of the way.
