However, I’ve never had a pull down faucet with spray button that doesn’t default back to normal stream when you turn the water off. I can never remember to check the button first, so constantly have water ricocheting off the sink all over me and the counter. It’s so annoying!

Can you confirm that the longer hose is the cold supply? The manual doesn’t specify.

Phone support told me the long was the cold supply.  I've set it up with the long being the cold supply.  In this configuration I get cold water when the handle is vertical and hot water when horizontal.  Also the manual you linked doesn't not answer the question

Is there a replacement aerator for this faucet as well as a removal wrench or key? Online it appears similar to the Ara bathroom faucets but I would like to confirm. The faucet did not come with a wrench or key.

I really love this faucet but recently the button to switch between the 2 modes seems to get stuck and make a loud noise and vibrate when on stream mode. Happens very often and now I can only use the spray mode if I want it to be quiet.

Our faucet sticks between the two spray options. It makes a grinding type sound. It was purchased from Amazon.ca in January 2024. Is there a known fix? I see other similar comments here.

I bought mine less than two years ago and it gets stuck between the spray and flow and makes a horrible noise. I need the replacement part. My plumber came out and said this was a common issue and that the parts have a lifetime warranty.

Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I purchased the 19824LF three years ago and now the end spray nozzle wont switch positions. It stays in the heavy spray. I took it apart and cleaned it. What else can I do? It should last longer than that.
