Is all or most of this (Model#: 19824LF-SP-R) made of solid stainless steel, or is it plated brass or plastic or something? What sort of washers does it use? Is the 9.75" spout reach measured on center? Thank you for your help.

This faucet uses a replaceable ceramic disc cartridge. The spout reach is measured from the hole center. See the specifications for more information:

The faucet is made of several materials which may include but are not limited to bronze, brass, zinc, stainless steel, copper, PEX-C, synthetic rubber, vinyl, nylon, and plastics. For example, the pull-down sprayer is plastic or a plastic mixture to be lighter and not conduct heat.

I just received my faucet and it is the right one. I was supposed to get the stainless but, I got the chrome. What can I do to change this?
We have this faucet and love it however it now makes noise like the front of the faucet is clogged. What can be done?

The spray wand can be cleaned by soaking in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water, then rinse the finish. The wand can also be removed from the hose to clean any debris trapped in the connection. Secure the hose to avoid it retracting into the faucet.

The hole size this faucet can installed in must be between 1 5/16" and 1 1/2". You will want to measure closely before purchasing and installing to be sure.
