Rated 1 out of 5 by from Spray/stream repeatedly defective In general, I used to love the faucet, but in the 4 years I've had it, the sprayer wand has gone bad twice. It now comes on in the 'spray' function, even though 'stream' is selected, and makes a horrible noise. It will not stay on stream without the noise, I've already had to replace it once, and now it's bad again. I am a very "gentle" user, careful not to damage in any way. Wayfair did not help like they said they would. Not a fan, and disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Beautiful faucet, worked great for a year, but now it makes a hideous noise and gets stuck between stream and spraying, and you have to manually hold the button to bypass the noise...making it extremely difficult to use. Looking online it appears the warranty doesn't cover the replacement part. Very disappointing. i expected more from a respected brand that my family has used for generations.

how to clean model 19824lf faucet

Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I purchased the 19824LF three years ago and now the end spray nozzle wont switch positions. It stays in the heavy spray. I took it apart and cleaned it. What else can I do? It should last longer than that.

Good morning. The nozzle on my 19824LF has developed an annoying squeak when toggling between spray and flow. From previous questions it seems that this is a common problem. How do I get this fixed?

We have only had this faucet in our brand new construction home for a year before the sprayer started to go bad. The black plastic toggle on the sprayer will not stay in either position and it wants to revert to the middle and make a loud noise.

I need to change the valve cartridge, could you please walk me through the process to remove the old cartridge and replace it with a new one?

Hi Jery, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19824LF-SP. With the water supplies off, loosen the set screw inside the handle with a 3/32" Allen wrench. Remove handle. Remove the cap by rotating counterclockwise; it should rotate by hand. Remove the bonnet nut by rotating counterclockwise with a wrench. Remove the cartridge by pulling directly back on the stem. Some Delta Faucet model descriptions indicate that the faucet workings last 2 times as long as the standard faucet. Does this model also last twice as long?

Keele turns on by pulling it to the right, from pictures. How do you adjust water temperature? Is it a front is cold & to back is hot? What is the space required for full cold-hot?  We have a total of 3” from backsplash to sink edge.

We have a Delta Keele19824LF-SP, purchased on February 15, 2024. The diverter switch, which changes from flow to spray, will not stay on flow. When the water is turned on it always switches to spray. I need a part and instructions to fix this issue.
