Beautiful faucet but...
We purchased this product in December of 2023 and about 3 months ago the sprayer nozzle started making this terrible noise and wouldn't stay on the single stream. It would try to go to the more powerful spray setting. now it won't stay of the single stream and continues to make that noice which keeps it between the two stream settings. I can't believe that a new nozzle is $60. We are using a rubber band to keep the spray setting on the single stream.

Faulty
I love the look of this faucet, and have had it for about 2 years or so, but now the water pressure is very low and will not say on single stream and it makes an awful noise when I turn the water on. Water splashes everywhere and my clothes and counters are covered with water. Very disappointing because it was not cheap.

Great design, short term good performance.
Had this faucet for about 2 yrs. Loved the look and worked fine until about 6 months ago. Started with very loud noise which eventually subsided, but water pressure is very weak. Plumber says there is no way to clean out mineral buildup from the inside of the faucet, so that could be the problem. Also switch from spray to stream won't hold, i think because of weak stream. Is there a "different" way to clean it? Just outside doesn't do it at all. I'd like to get the head replaced and see if that makes a difference. This was a costly item that I trusted and expected lifetime performance from, so hoping you'll be able to help. Waiting to hear from you.

Nice looking, but has faulty sprayer
Great looking faucet that works well when the sprayer functions properly. Purchased faucet in April 2023 and have had to replace 2 sprayers during this time. It appears the button to toggle between the to spray options fails and when water is turned on it is between both sprayer options and it making a horrible noise in the process.

Great looking with Superior function
We like Delta and have put this brand in many homes over the years. This particular Keele faucet is one that we selected to put in our own kitchen, and we could not be more pleased with it! It looks great and has the perfect proportions to not appear as "industrial large", yet it's certainly substantial enough to not be confused with a "bar faucet". The curve solved another problem for us; we have an apron sink and need the water flow to travel straight down - not out at an angle creating a splash on your torso. Not only is that a straight down flow, but the sprayer is more aimable and responds better intuitively than the typical bell shaped pull down. It docks perfectly every time and locks in without effort - no messing around, just "click". The pressure is great, the sprayer is great and it becomes very easy to spray dishes off quickly - So easy to use and looks really nice in an updated kitchen.

I’m giving this product a 1 star, because of the same reason others have complained about . I loved the Keele stainless at first , I also purchased with my kitchen remodel. The sprayer is now spraying with a super loud noise, I’m trying to find replacement part as well.

Faulty spray head switch design, corrected !
We got this faucet in Stainless Steel finish for a kitchen remodel summer of 2022, loved the design, look, function. However similar to several others that developed the problems with the spray head, after about 18 months, ours also began to not hold the function selected, spray vs stream, and would make that awful screeching type noise which I determined to be the spray/stream switch valve vibrating. Contacted Delta customer support, described problem, and they honored their lifetime warranty, arranged for both a new spray head and hose assembly to be shipped, arrived in just a few days.
Only needed to swap out the spray head, and viola, instant success. There is a definite clicking detent type feel when switching from spray to stream that the other sprayer did not have. I feel it was probably a design flaw, and they/Delta learned from this, and corrected the design. So, hopefully this will help others in the same situation to be able to get their $$ faucet fixed instead of having to replace it entirely!

Great design, does not last
I purchased this faucet for the design and it looked great in my kitchen. But, after a while, the stream of water browser and it started to make a horrible loud noise.

Follow up - Delta provided parts to fix the defect
Not sure that I can append my existing review, but for clarity of full story, I wanted to add my continued experience in which Delta did help address the issue and the faucet is back to operating condition:
Customer service on the phone was quick to address my issue after some questions, and even though originally there was multiple no responses through email, I appreciated this. I just received the replacement parts and after installing, the faucet is back to running like new.
I am still unsure about longevity on the new sprayer as time will tell, and I hope the sprayer issue was a one-off defect, but ultimately I appreciate Delta making the situation right for now, which is better than initially what happened.
Ultimately even though it required quite some wait time and effort, Delta did uphold its guarantee and made my broken faucet whole again.

Beware!! Bad design spray head switch...fails
Read others' reviews before buying. The design for this model has high incidence of spray head switch to fail (it doesn't stay in one position and buzzes loudly) and then finally the stream becomes very slow and unusable.
This EXACT thing happened to us - premature spray head failure at 1 year. I tried to contact Delta several times for limited warranty replacement of the head, but conveniently they never responded despite follow ups.
I have had non-brand faucets lasting 10 years, I am ashamed I paid for this garbage.
What use is any warranty if company will not honor it.
I cannot recommend this.

Dripped since installed
I purchased the faucet through Lowe's. I installed it and immediately, the faucet dripped. It hasn't stopped since. After a few days, I called the Delta faucet number on the instructions and I was 130th person in line for customer service. After 50 minutes, I spoke to a representative that ordered a new part for me that should be here in 2 weeks or so. Yikes!!! That just means that I have to turn off the faucet under the sink every time we use it until the part is received.

Leaked immediately once installed.
I purchased the faucet through Lowe's. The faucet drips constantly since it was installed one week ago, all night long. I am currently waiting online for customer service at Deltafaucet.com. I was the 130th caller on hold. At this point, I'm still waiting on hold for more than 55 minutes.

Worked Great Until…
We bought and installed this faucet about two years ago because of its semi modern and sleek style, the ability to turn the whole faucet head to either side, and the spotless material construction, which all three have kept us very happy.
A couple months ago it started making this awful noise while in use, usually while not on “full pressure”. While making this awful and loud noise, it’ll try to change from the state it’s in, either from spray to stream or vice versa. A key wasn’t part of the original package so I’ve been unable to investigate further as to what’s causing this because if there’s a blockage… it’s an easy fix (our recent bathroom remodels faucets came with one) but if it’s faulty after two years then it’s a terribly made product.
There’s nothing like trying to clean your dishes with what sounds like a foghorn going off while your two baby’s are sleeping.
I’ve never heard of anyone paying $450 for a faucet that lasts about two years. This makes me nervous because our recent bathroom remodel has Delta replacements so in a way I’m just waiting to see how long they last.
My sister in law has a Kingston Brass kitchen faucet that hasn’t let her down so we may end up looking at them as a replacement.

It was good while it lasted… I guess.
We purchased this faucet last year and it was good for a few months but now we are having issues with the wand and it automatically changing streams and being stuck in between stream options causing a loud and obnoxious noise to occur every time the water is turned on. All attempts to find a wand replacement have been unsuccessful. Looks like we will have to go elsewhere to replace our faucet.

Amazingly bad
I bought a very recently renovated condo which had this faucet installed as part of the renovation. I cannot get hot water from it yet the dishwasher which is connected to the same valve does get hot water. My friend and neighbor has the exact same faucet and issue. The wand head broke when I tried to see if the aerator was clogged and I cannot find the replacement part anywhere on the NET. Its not even on the Delta parts replacement site. Its a terrible product with a pattern problem. Never had issues like this with any other kitchen faucet....ever!

Delta Faucet
Beautiful faucet.
I only gave it 4 stars because I don't particularly care for the water stream, not the spray stream , which is okay.
It is hard to explain without seeing it.
I think it is supposed to come out a like a waterfall , the faucet outlet is rectangular in shape.
I was used to a round stream so I am having to adjust.
I didn't think about how the water stream would be when we bought it, should have because of the shape.
Anyway for the price and the style we are happy with our purchase.

Our faucet seems to get hung up between the two spray options. It makes a terrible squeaking sound. It was purchased in February of 2024. Can we have it fixed or replaced? It seems that this is a common problem from the other questions.

Is the spray nozzle on the matte black version of this model metal? The last one I ordered and returned, which was actually more expensive than this one, had a plastic pull out spray nozzle.
