However, I’ve never had a pull down faucet with spray button that doesn’t default back to normal stream when you turn the water off. I can never remember to check the button first, so constantly have water ricocheting off the sink all over me and the counter. It’s so annoying!

I have a 19824LF-SP The switch that changes the flow from stream to spray has failed and it buzzes loudly... can i buy a replacement head that i can screw on to the existing faucet assembly?

We would recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. How do I get a replacement spray head? I purchased this faucet through HomeDepot and the lever switch between spray and regular is randomly switching when you turn the faucet on. It had been working fine for months after initial installation.

How do I disassemble the wand assembly in order to get all debris out, as there appears to be some small debis causing the sprayer to shoot water every which away. I have removed the wand but need to dissamble it. (RP101403)

I purchased a 19824LF-SP 2 or 3 years ago and am experiencing the same issues as Jeff Poulin described (see the other Q&A's), namely the wand button gets stuck in between stream/aerated and makes a VERY loud buzzing noise. How can I fix it?

My plumber installed this faucet for me. I was expecting hot to be with the handle pointing up and cold down. It is the reverse. Did my plumber instal the faucet incorrectly? Is hot supposed to be up?

Can you confirm that the longer hose is the cold supply? The manual doesn’t specify.

Phone support told me the long was the cold supply.  I've set it up with the long being the cold supply.  In this configuration I get cold water when the handle is vertical and hot water when horizontal.  Also the manual you linked doesn't not answer the question

Amazon states that this is primarily made of Zinc. Aren’t Zinc faucets inferior to Brass or Copper made faucets? Looking to place this on a BBQ Kitchen Island. Please advise if this will last outdoors

We have the spotshield stainless Keele faucet and the nozzle has started making loud squeaking noise when we turn it on. It also will not stay on the spray setting. Is there a part to be replaced instead of a new faucet, as we love this product.

Is there a replacement aerator for this faucet as well as a removal wrench or key? Online it appears similar to the Ara bathroom faucets but I would like to confirm. The faucet did not come with a wrench or key.
