spray nozzle switch defective
I absolutely love this faucet UNTIL the spray nozzle toggle that moves water from stream to spray no longer functions property. Less that 2 years old and the faucet will only function in spray Mode. Looking for replacement Spray arm or parts to fix.

Spray/stream repeatedly defective
In general, I used to love the faucet, but in the 4 years I've had it, the sprayer wand has gone bad twice. It now comes on in the 'spray' function, even though 'stream' is selected, and makes a horrible noise. It will not stay on stream without the noise, I've already had to replace it once, and now it's bad again. I am a very "gentle" user, careful not to damage in any way. Wayfair did not help like they said they would. Not a fan, and disappointed.

Very Disappointed
Beautiful faucet, worked great for a year, but now it makes a hideous noise and gets stuck between stream and spraying, and you have to manually hold the button to bypass the noise...making it extremely difficult to use. Looking online it appears the warranty doesn't cover the replacement part. Very disappointing. i expected more from a respected brand that my family has used for generations.

How do I get a replacement spray head? I purchased this faucet through HomeDepot and the lever switch between spray and regular is randomly switching when you turn the faucet on. It had been working fine for months after initial installation.
Why is the pull down portion plastic? Will this affect the longevity of the faucet?

I purchased your Delta Keele 1.8 GPM Single Hole Pull Down Kitchen Faucet MagnaTite and Touch-Clean Technology Model:19824LF-SP in 2022. The button to switch from normal to spray mode is doing by itself and is very loud jerking only wants to spray??

How do I disassemble the wand assembly in order to get all debris out, as there appears to be some small debis causing the sprayer to shoot water every which away. I have removed the wand but need to dissamble it. (RP101403)

I purchased a 19824LF-SP 2 or 3 years ago and am experiencing the same issues as Jeff Poulin described (see the other Q&A's), namely the wand button gets stuck in between stream/aerated and makes a VERY loud buzzing noise. How can I fix it?

Can you confirm that the longer hose is the cold supply? The manual doesn’t specify.
Phone support told me the long was the cold supply. I've set it up with the long being the cold supply. In this configuration I get cold water when the handle is vertical and hot water when horizontal. Also the manual you linked doesn't not answer the question

Amazon states that this is primarily made of Zinc. Aren’t Zinc faucets inferior to Brass or Copper made faucets? Looking to place this on a BBQ Kitchen Island. Please advise if this will last outdoors

We have the spotshield stainless Keele faucet and the nozzle has started making loud squeaking noise when we turn it on. It also will not stay on the spray setting. Is there a part to be replaced instead of a new faucet, as we love this product.

How do I clean the filter on this faucet? The flow of water was greatly reduced after the county did work on the water lines. I'm assuming that debris is clogging the opening.
