Rated 1 out of 5 by from Spray/stream repeatedly defective In general, I used to love the faucet, but in the 4 years I've had it, the sprayer wand has gone bad twice. It now comes on in the 'spray' function, even though 'stream' is selected, and makes a horrible noise. It will not stay on stream without the noise, I've already had to replace it once, and now it's bad again. I am a very "gentle" user, careful not to damage in any way. Wayfair did not help like they said they would. Not a fan, and disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Beautiful faucet, worked great for a year, but now it makes a hideous noise and gets stuck between stream and spraying, and you have to manually hold the button to bypass the noise...making it extremely difficult to use. Looking online it appears the warranty doesn't cover the replacement part. Very disappointing. i expected more from a respected brand that my family has used for generations.

Why does water splash all over, when you are washing pots or hands? Even when you lower down in the sink. Is it missing any part. Please advice?

The maximum flow rate should be 1.8 GPM. To troubleshoot, we first recommend soaking the spray wand in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinse. My faucet was purchased in January 2023. And now the spray wand leaks through the the button that changes from spray to stream. Can I replace the the spray wand? Shouldn’t it be covered under warranty?

I took out the part with o-ring/ spring that inserts into the wand hose to clean it because faucet was running slowly. While doing so accidentally broke it apart and need to find replacement. Spec diagram does not show or note this part. tia

Hi Bob OB, Thanks for your question regarding 19824LF! During the first few days you use your faucet, a small amount of debris may be flushed out of your pipe system. This happens even though the plumber flushes the pipes before completing work on your home. In addition, particles of solder, copper chips, plumber's tape and other installation materials can get caught in aerators and showerheads. After using the faucet for about a year, the faucet has started switching from stream to spray automatically.  Sometimes it starts with a squeezing sound and switches to spray. Can the nozzle piece be replaced?
