Faulty&Loud Noise
Much like other reviewers the same thing has happened to us. After two years of use the spray head gets stuck between both settings and makes an extremely awful loud noise! I am highly disappointed especially considering how much we paid for this facet.

I absolutely love this faucet UNTIL the spray nozzle toggle that moves water from stream to spray no longer functions property. Less that 2 years old and the faucet will only function in spray Mode. Looking for replacement Spray arm or parts to fix.

I took out the part with o-ring/ spring that inserts into the wand hose to clean it because faucet was running slowly. While doing so accidentally broke it apart and need to find replacement. Spec diagram does not show or note this part. tia

We have a Keele 19824LF-SP. We have a Keele 19824LF-SP When we use the stream side of the wand water also drips or flows from the spray side. Is there a way for us to fix this? The part number of the wand is RP101403-SP

Thanks for your question regarding 19824LF! During the first few days you use your faucet, a small amount of debris may be flushed out of your pipe system. This happens even though the plumber flushes the pipes before completing work on your home. In addition, particles of solder, copper chips, plumber's tape and other installation materials can get caught in aerators and showerheads.
We recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for further assistance.

Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.

Can you confirm that the longer hose is the cold supply? The manual doesn’t specify.
Phone support told me the long was the cold supply. I've set it up with the long being the cold supply. In this configuration I get cold water when the handle is vertical and hot water when horizontal. Also the manual you linked doesn't not answer the question

We have only had this faucet in our brand new construction home for a year before the sprayer started to go bad. The black plastic toggle on the sprayer will not stay in either position and it wants to revert to the middle and make a loud noise.

I need to change the valve cartridge, could you please walk me through the process to remove the old cartridge and replace it with a new one?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19824LF-SP.
With the water supplies off, loosen the set screw inside the handle with a 3/32" Allen wrench. Remove handle. Remove the cap by rotating counterclockwise; it should rotate by hand. Remove the bonnet nut by rotating counterclockwise with a wrench. Remove the cartridge by pulling directly back on the stem. Replace the cartridge and reassemble.
