I love the design and function. But spashy.
I recently bought this one for my remodeled kitchen. I love the design and functionality. Only in the normal flow mode the stream is really clunky/splashy and splatters all over the place. Is there anything I could do? Do I have any option to use a different spray head?

Long wait for replacement part
Bought the Keele less than a year ago. Two months ago, the wand mechanism failed. Couldn't keep either the stream or spray going without a very loud noise and neither spray nor stream working well.. Keeping it in place now with tape(and rubber band) but can only use the spray. With the warranty, Delta said they would replace the wand mechanism. It was ordered mid June. Have called twice. It is now the end of July with no part received but still promised.

Sleek Design, Lousy Application
I purchased the Delta Faucet Keele (19824LF-SP) December 2021 and this faucet has been nothing but a headache. The pull down sprayer hose has a cheap connection and it loosens very easily making water go everywhere. The sprayer spits making water go everywhere and when the regular faucet is on, water goes everywhere. As a matter of fact, I just had to tighten the connection again between the sprayer and the hose because it was loose again and water was leaking out from under my sink! I should have just left well enough alone and kept my old faucet, this one is a clunker!!

an updated black faucet for an updated kitchen
Easy install and a nice touch of modern without looking too trendy. The weight doesn't seem heavy enough to retract the pull-out faucet quickly, but it isn't a factor to reduce my 5-star rating. I updated a kitchen with black hardware, a black ceiling light and this black faucet and it looks great!

This is a beautiful faucet. However, the part that pulls away is cheap plastic. And the connection has loosened a few times, spraying water around. If that connection is not tight, the magnet won’t connect with the sprayer and it looks bad.. I fear we will need to replace it a couple years

Splatter everywhere
I bought this faucet almost a year ago and anticipated getting it installed. That finally happened a week ago. It looks great! However, when running the water to do the dishes or wash my hands, the water splashes all over the counter, no matter if i have my hands/dishes up near the spout or down near the bottom of the sink whether it is on a spray or stream.. I constantly have to wipe off around the sink and the counter after using it because our water leaves residue. A real pain..

I bought this for my remodeled kitchen. Looks bold, stunning and unique design. Functionality wise, it is not soft flow. When you rinse a pot, water splashes all over sink and countertop like a regular faucet. Not sure that's how it functions or defective. Bit different from my earlier one.

Our faucet seems to get hung up between the two spray options. It makes a terrible squeaking sound. It was purchased in February of 2024. Can we have it fixed or replaced? It seems that this is a common problem from the other questions.

Is the spray nozzle on the matte black version of this model metal? The last one I ordered and returned, which was actually more expensive than this one, had a plastic pull out spray nozzle.
