Decent faucet but not the best
Faucet is fine but the black finish shows spots easily and the water pressure creates a lot of backsplash getting the sink pretty wet around the faucet. I have had to turn the shutoff values more than half way to reduce water pressure.

Great faucet but cheap base plate and handle
I love the appearance of the faucet but the materials it is made of (I purchased the black one) is very cheap and has soap spots that have oxadized and now do not come out. The manual stated NOT to use cleaning material on the faucet - thanks for telling me this before buying the faucet!! How are we supposed to not have cleaning material around a kitchen sink faucet!! Very disappointing and not happy with the appearance now that we have had it for 6 months

love the shape. Installation was straightforward. One thing: wish the weight for the hose was a little heavier. Overall, I love it!!

LOVE this faucet! Beautiful and functional.
I LOVE this faucet -- bought the polished chrome. It's beautiful, very functional, and appears to be very well made. It looks a lot more expensive than it is. It rotates side-to-side to cover most of the width of my 30" wide sink. I don't notice the plastic pull down portion that another reviewer commented on. Maybe it's plastic so there's not as much weight hanging on the end? The handle operates smoothly. It looks great with my Elkay soap dispenser (Item # bci1654126, Model:LKAV3054CR) - which costs as much as the faucet! (Reviewing that, too -- I love it and I don't like soap dispensers!)

Beauty for my rental
A beautiful and modern faucet and great for a remodel i did at one my rentals. It feels sturdy and i like that there aren't multiple pieces that could break. Has good extension for the spray and feels like a quality piece of hardware.

Great looking faucet
We got this faucet due to its rectangular profile, which looks really nice, especially in a contemporary or modern designed kitchen. My rating is more of a 4.5 as there is only one aspect which I found disappointing. That would be the pull out faucet which is clad in plastic instead of metal like the rest of the faucet. Delta did a good job of matching their appearance, and its hard to tell until you use it. I feel it would have been nicer in metal and give me less concern for long term durability. The faucet operates smoothly and easily and the pull out faucet does have a handy magnet connection with a rear lip to lock it in alignment. The hose connections are all of nice quality and fabrication in their connections.

I removed the faucet head (thing the water comes out of) and the water line went back into the rest of the faucet. I was able to retrieve the water line but the screw that attaches the head is stuck inside. Is there a way to get it out?
Hi Namehere!
Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. The Delta 19825LF would need to be disassembled and turned over to retrieve the screw. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again.
