Beware of melted batteriesI have had this faucet for about a year. We have changed the batteries three times so far which seems like a lot. This morning the faucet would not shut off. I went to remove the batteries and the bottom one was scorching hot. Just the bottom one.I pulled the battery out just before it started leaking acid. These were 6 new duracell alkaline batteries that I purchased last week. This touch sensor is a fire hazard. I spent so much money on the faucet and it almost burnt my house down. DO NOT BUY. I was lucky today.

Poor waterflowTerrible water flow. I did all the steps indicated in the manual and in the delta video on how to solve problems with the faucet and no better water flow. Water is super strong until it gets to the solenoid and faucet head. Since day 1, the flow was significantly worse than my old faucet. very disappointing given the price tag of this product.

Very happy with the faucetThe only issue we had was when we had the no touch option on it kept shutting off on us every time we even got close we couldn’t wash dishes. We had to call Delta and have them show us how to turn it off, but the rest of it it’s working good.

Disappointed and frustrated!I was excited to purchase a touchless faucet. Had it professionally installed. We have always purchased Delta products for their reputation and reliability but this has been such an expensive disappointment. I expected that I would have to replace batteries, but not so frequently. It's inconvenient to get to the battery box. The battery box does not appear to be damaged, but it will not stay closed without duct tape. I have never been more frustrated with a faucet than this one and it appears I am not alone in my opinion!
I went on the chat line and had a very nice representative, but had to provide so much information that I was not prepared to provide - pictures of the faucet, pictures of the selonoid sticker, etc. The rep located my warranty in the records but then in the process of trying to get all the pictures, I lost my chat! My husband and I are 74 years old and find it difficult to crawl under the sink to get information. I frankly don't have the patience to start the chat all over again. So much for warranties.

Great Faucet with LOTS of Features!!I purchased this faucet last November 2024, and I have loved it! The water pressure works great for me, I have had no issues with too low of pressure. The faucet does activate without any problems. Instead of relying on batteries, I did purchase the Delta A/C Power Adapter (EP102157) to power the Touch2O. The batteries are installed, but are only used in the event of a power outage. The Delta ShieldSpray setting does a fantastic job of cleaning my dishes and silverware.

Water PressureThere is NO water pressure to speak of coming from this faucet. Is there a replacement nozzle available? There has to be some sort of resolution for this. This falls under unacceptable performance for the device. Borderline unusable and very frustrating.

To bypass your Touch20 faucet, please refer to the information below!
Gather some towels for excess water.
1. Turn the handle to the off position.
2. Clear the area under your sink and remove the c-clip attached to the faucet shank.
3. Flip the clip from the top of the solenoid off of the hose.
4. Remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid.
5. Hold on to the hose attached to the top of the solenoid and pull the solenoid off.
6. Pull the hose off of the bottom of the solenoid.
Once you remove these parts, connect the hose to the faucet connection and use the blue or black clip to hold it in place. Pull down gently to verify the connection is secure.

Fix low flow
Asked by: Kitchen
Hello Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance.
