Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk It’s worked ok for about a year. The touch sensor is finicky sometimes and I wouldn’t pay to buy another. The magnet assembly holding the spray head in the arm has rusted out and fallen apart. The weight on the hose is the only thing keeping it up. Hopefully I can get a repair part but this is totally unacceptable for a faucet just over a year old.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but glitchy Faucet worked well for first 3 months, now it turns off right after turning it on. It’s like the touch sensor is glitching. Very frustrating. I’ve changed batteries several times (6x AA) no help. Thoroughly cleaned the body to ensure there was no build up, but no difference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feel like a Rockafeller! Bought this a few weeks ago and finally hald a chance to put in. The hardest part is taking the old one out. Previous faucet was leaking and parts were rusty and difficult to remove. This Re Certified Touch faucet, came with a cover for the other holes and everything went together and looks and functions great. Whole family feels fancy being able to touch a faucet at home to get it to work. Has a LED to indicate temp too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Delta Touch H2O This is the second Delta H2O kitchen faucet I have purchased new. The first was installed by a master plumber but the touch on/off could not be made to work. He. Came back to replace the original with a replacement. It has worked fine for just over two months and then became difficult to turn on with the touch feature. I can hear the solenoid sequence on and off but no water. LED light works fine, batteries are all new, no wires are touching anything. I have watched and followed all the trouble shooting videos on u-tube and it seems to point to the solenoid as the problem. I will try to contact customer service when they open after the holiday weekend. Looks like I may have to pay a plumber again.

use &amp; cost of optional A/C adaptor EP73954? explain how either &nbsp;6AA or 6C batteries work, since they are different sizes. Where do batteries go? Has this model had a lot of of complaints about function?

Instead of using batteries, which comes with obvious drawbacks, do you have a plug-in transformer style or option?

Our AC adapter EP102157 would work to eliminate the batteries in your faucet; However, we recommend keeping new battery installed at all times. Is the base where the indicator light and the gasket sit waterproof? If water gets sprayed on the base, will it leak below?

My faucet has very low hot water pressure there is no problem with the hot water line so it must be something with the faucet itself

Our faucet is not keeping hot water on - our upstairs and downstairs faucets trigger the hot water but this faucet is not registering- the light either goes to purple or stays on blue - is this a faucet issue?

Is there a way to bypass the electrical shut-on shut off system? I just want to unplug it and use the manual because electrical system is not working

Hi George, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 19826TZ-SPSD-DST-R! The easiest way to make our Delta touch models manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise making them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&amp;Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method.
