Practical and Easy to Install
The kitchen one handle faucet/sprayer appears to be a quality product. It was easy to install compared to other models and competitor products. Although it was suppose to have a chrome finish as labeled, it appears to have a more stainless-steel finish. I wish the handle could be switch from the right side of the mounted faucet to the left. Right now, it does limit which side of the sink one normally uses for washing off items.

My faucet is one year old and recently developed a drip. Is it correct that I should replace the valve cartridge or is there something else that would cause this drip? What part number fits this faucet if so?

It is possible that a flush could resolve the dripping from your GREYDON™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With ShieldSpray Technology MODEL#: 19826Z-BLSD-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, you can replace the TRINSIC®

Can I order a replacement base plate for 19826z-czsd-dts? There was not one in the box when we went to install the faucet
Why are you discontinuing the black stainless steel. I literally can not find a faucet to match my sink which is fun metal. Ahhh
We love this faucet except the flow of water coming out is very weak. Other fixtures in the same vicinity have no flow problems, it appears to be isolated to just this faucet. Is there a way to fix this?

Where can I find an installation manual? How do I tighten the handle screw? Handle keeps falling off.
