Fantastic product. I like it more than expected.
I bought this to see if it would work for my young children to be able to turn the faucet on and off because they couldn't reach back to the handles of regular kitchen faucets.
Installed 9 months ago and it's been a game changer. It's so easy, it reduces mess, it saves water, and it has performed flawlessly. I very rarely use the spray shield feature, but it is pretty cool when appropriate.
The only drawback is that now I touch faucets at other people's houses expecting them to turn on and off.

Good morning, we installed the tap but it appears to have no pressure, we are already using a mixer and we have already cleaned the filter, the inlet pressure is very strong. Should I do something else?

What is is the size of the headless hex screw used to hold the handle. Length and wide.

The handle screw uses a 1/8" hex wrench. The self-tapping screw traps the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange.

Our Touch20 worked great when first installed in June, but lately, it’s been stopping without being touched, and then it’s difficult to get it to turn back on. It’s getting progressively worse. I sometimes have to tap it 50+ times to get it to turn on.

I'm sorry to hear that your Delta Touch2O faucet is not working correctly! I would be happy to help you. This can most likely be resolved by adjusting the installation below the sink. Please make sure that no wires are touching metal objects or other wires. Next, unplug the black LED wire and push it back in firmly until it clicks. Please reset the solenoid by removing the cap from the battery box for one minute and reconnecting it. Be sure to use a new set of brand-name, non-rechargeable batteries and install them as indicated on the box. Please also ensure that the battery box is placed on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches from the sides or metal objects.
It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the solenoid, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid.
After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket.
We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines.
1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process.
2. Move the handle to the full mixed position.
3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side.
4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket.
5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket.
6. Reconnect the supply line.
*Please use caution when flushing the hot water.*
You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet.
