Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic product. I like it more than expected. I bought this to see if it would work for my young children to be able to turn the faucet on and off because they couldn't reach back to the handles of regular kitchen faucets. Installed 9 months ago and it's been a game changer. It's so easy, it reduces mess, it saves water, and it has performed flawlessly. I very rarely use the spray shield feature, but it is pretty cool when appropriate. The only drawback is that now I touch faucets at other people's houses expecting them to turn on and off.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks and replacement wand not available Bought from Home Depot and after 1 1/2 years we now have a steady drip and the water pressure from the wand is still low after cleaning (CLR soaking). I cannot find a wand assembly replacement and must replace the cartridge / or rings to fix the leak. At this rate, and the price for parts it's cheaper to buy NEW faucet. Amazon has this same faucet at a discounted price, but I will be looking for a more reliable faucet. I prefer to fix rather than dispose and replace...Maybe there are other wands available, but are not indicated in the website.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not well bult. This Delta faucet is not well built. This was to replace my Pfister faucet that i have had for 15 years and was replacing because of age, not because it failed. This new Delta faucet is built cheaper in every way, including plastic parts, hose parts, and is all around flimsy. Plus the neck of the faucet has a lot of movement when you lightly push on it. I feel like if it gets bumped too hard it will break. My Pfister did not do this and is built sturdy with no movement at all. This surprised me, since I assumed that Delta was a superior product. I not sure what to do now, since I already paid a plumber $200 to install this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOOO! I have this kitchen fixture in my RV and the wand/nozzle continuously clogs and it cannot be disassembled to properly remove debris from the screen. And they thoughtfully offer a replacement wand/nozzle for $80. Go Kohler instead.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Delta warranty support is poor. Buy Kohler I’m a contractor installing roughly 400 kitchen faucets in the last few years. I offer customers choices between Kohler, Delta and Moen. Kohler is much better at warranty support than Delta. As a result we will not be recommending Delta faucets going forward.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet, bad part fitment, awful instructions Let me start by saying I'm not a contractor or plumber, so I don't know if these kind of instructions are "industry standard" because pros never look at them. I'm just a homeowner doing my own work. I like this faucet. I'm a little worried about the long-term longevity of the plastic spray handle piece (it LOOKS like brushed metal but it's definitely plastic!), but so far it's nice. Installing it was made way more complicated than it needed to be because of two major issues: a bracket that *didn't fit from the factory and had to be modified*, and some of the worst instructions I've ever experienced. The black plastic bracket which holds the faucet to the sink has a hole to allow the threaded tube from the hub to pass through it... except it's way too small for that tube to fit. I legitimately believed I had the wrong part because it fit so poorly (and because it doesn't look like what's in the diagram). I had to open up the hole with a round file quite a bit before the tube fit through it. I am not the only one who has had to do this, as I can find videos of people explaining this on youtube. Cmon, guys, would it hurt to do a little QA testing? Like making sure the *most important bracket in the installation actually fits on the faucet* before packing it up? Then the instructions. Oh man, the instructions. - the instructions are generic for multiple models, and none of them look like what I bought. - the instructions are multilingual, but instead of doing the normal thing where you have the three languages in three different sections, you just mashed all three languages into every page, which makes it unnecessarily difficult to read. - there is no parts list, so I had no idea what parts I should and shouldn't have. - there is no exploded view showing part numbers for ordering replacements. - there is no mention of the hose weight. - there is no mention of the soap dispenser (it's easy to install, but I didn't even realize you could fill it from the top, and now I feel like an idiot crawling under the sink to unscrew the bottle). The absolute worst part is the illustration and description at the top-right of page 3, which is most of the installation instructions. In this one block of instructions, there are these problems: - it refers to the same part as both the "baseplate" and the "under cover plate" in the same paragraph. make up your mind. - it tells me to install gasket 3, but that was installed from the factory. - it then *fails* to mention that I need to install the round foam gasket on the bottom of the hub. it's a good thing I watched a video! (and why was the other gasket installed from the factory, and not this one? the mind boggles.) - the included bracket looks nothing like the illustration, so I thought I had the wrong part. - there is no mention of how the metal clamping plate on the bracket is supposed to work, though I figured that out. And then, the instructions never mention what to do in the case that you DON'T have a side sprayer/diverter. I figured out that you need to plug the extendible hose into the white thing coming out of the hub, and then clip the blue clip onto it, but none of this is explained in the instructions *at all.* If I hadn't done that, I guess it would have just sprayed water all over the inside of the cabinet when I turned it on! Oh and, the hoses coming out of the bottom of the hub look NOTHING like any of the diagrams. It's a good thing I was able to puzzle out how things should go together, but I shouldn't have to do that. If you're so bottom-line-conscious that including a slightly larger paper manual would break your budget, just put it online and put a QR code on the paper manual. And hire some better manual writers. Maybe an ex-Ikea employee or something. Jesus. Would I recommend this product to a friend? Yes, but I would put it in for them lol

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greydon pull down kitchen faucet We purchased the Greydon pull-down kitchen faucet. Easy to install. I Was waffling back and forth about the automatic sensor touch and this one. Glad I picked this one. What an amazing faucet. The pull out nozzle is soooo easy to use and just glides back in place. The water hose part is very moveable. The best part is when my hands are dirty I can just tap the faucet handle with the back of my hand and the water turns on easily. Another great feature is that you can move the handle to either the hot or cold position before you turn the water on. I love the high arch of the faucet. Gives the kitchen a very clean sleek look. I like the fact that the water comes out in a smaller stream because we live in California and this saves water. Absolutely love this faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking faucet Had to replace a 15 year old Delta faucet. Like the look of this one and was fairly easy to install. Not a fan of the shield spray feature. Just won't use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet. I bought this to replace an old Delta faucet. I had great customer service with the last one and expect the same for my new faucet. Looks nice, easy install and functions well. I do wish one of the water streams was a little stronger (it could be because of my water pressure).

What other pull down kitchen faucets have the spray as shown in the picture formthis faucet. A spray that is full circle and not broken up

Asked by: Jerry
Hi Jack, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19826Z-SD-DST Greydon™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology In Chrome. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! Delta Faucet models that include ShieldSpray technology would have three settings. The spray setting is in a split pattern, in addition to the aerated stream and the innovative ShieldSpray setting. A faucet model without ShieldSpray would be recommended for a faucet without the split pattern. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. I would like to know if the soap dispenser will fit a 3-hole "type" installation.  Will the height of the soap dispenser clear the faucet's handle when the faucet is on?

Asked by: bb88
Hi bb88, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! If you are installing the long escutcheon then the soap dispenser will go in the fourth hole on the sink. The soap dispenser should not be installed so close to the handle and this is typically not an issue. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

What is is the size of the headless hex screw used to hold the handle. Length and wide.

Asked by: Hex size
Hi Hex size, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19826Z-SD-DST. The handle screw uses a 1/8" hex wrench. The self-tapping screw traps the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange. The size is SHCS-#8-32X.43-DOG POINT. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan
