You could try and use a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water, scrub the debris or buildup off with a soft tooth brush. If it is not coming off as easy, you can grab a bag and tie it around the aerator. The fumes from the vinegar eats away at buildup and calcium. We appreciate your inquiry. Can the handle be installed to the front of the faucet?

The water flow seems low can a different aerator be installed ?
