Fantastic product. I like it more than expected.
I bought this to see if it would work for my young children to be able to turn the faucet on and off because they couldn't reach back to the handles of regular kitchen faucets.
Installed 9 months ago and it's been a game changer. It's so easy, it reduces mess, it saves water, and it has performed flawlessly. I very rarely use the spray shield feature, but it is pretty cool when appropriate.
The only drawback is that now I touch faucets at other people's houses expecting them to turn on and off.

We love this faucet except the flow of water coming out is very weak. Other fixtures in the same vicinity have no flow problems, it appears to be isolated to just this faucet. Is there a way to fix this?

Where can I find an installation manual? How do I tighten the handle screw? Handle keeps falling off.

To refill the included soap and lotion dispenser, lift the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pour not more than 8 oz. into the bottle. Removing the bottle from below can weaken the neck of the bottle and is not recommended. See the faucet manual for more information:
