would not recommend this. Just had my kitchen redone and this was recommended. I had always used delta products in past. If it was not proffesionally installed I would replace it now. After 2 weeks handle fell off. Over look is fine but in operationaly I wish I had purchased another faucet. Would stay away.

Q&A
The faucet we had before this one had plenty of water pressure as do all other faucets in our house. This faucet was installed with hardly any pressure and we have tried everything but still extremely poor pressure, any ideas?

If the flow rate is less than expected, clean the aerator on the front of the sprayer and the screen at the back of the sprayer. A typical cause of reduced flow is debris or sediment trapped in the sprayer or hose. Also, see step 3 of the installation instructions to flush the faucet supply lines.

Is the LED supposed to stay on after turning the faucet off? It does so on my newly installed 19826Tz-SPSD-DST. The light goes out when I tap the faucet.

The GREYDON™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 19826Z-SPSD-DST has a maximum 1.8 flow rate of GPM @ 60 psi. It is possible that a flush could resolve the. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.

I just installed a new Greydon Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet, flushing it before first use. After one day it now barely flows and is unusable. I took of the sprayer and see no blockage. Help

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

Our Touch20 worked great when first installed in June, but lately, it’s been stopping without being touched, and then it’s difficult to get it to turn back on. It’s getting progressively worse. I sometimes have to tap it 50+ times to get it to turn on.

I'm sorry to hear that your Delta Touch2O faucet is not working correctly! I would be happy to help you. This can most likely be resolved by adjusting the installation below the sink. Please make sure that no wires are touching metal objects or other wires. Next, unplug the black LED wire and push it back in firmly until it clicks. Please reset the solenoid by removing the cap from the battery box for one minute and reconnecting it. Be sure to use a new set of brand-name, non-rechargeable batteries and install them as indicated on the box. Please also ensure that the battery box is placed on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches from the sides or metal objects.
It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the solenoid, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid.
After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket.
We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines.
1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process.
2. Move the handle to the full mixed position.
3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side.
4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket.
5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket.
6. Reconnect the supply line.
*Please use caution when flushing the hot water.*
You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet.
