Love my new kitchen facet
Got my facet put in and we love it! Don’t know why I haven’t already put one of these in! Wait, I do know didn’t want to pay 300.00 for it! I don’t think you will be able to beat their price. So glad I found Delta Facets on line! The one I got was recertified and was perfect. Was missing 2 small fittings and Delta got these out ASAP. So happy with my purchase! May have to replace all my facets now! Thanks Delta!

Looks good, works well, don’t understand the umbrella setting, it’s weird. Overall item is nice, but instructions were for another facet not mine. Thank goodness I’ve done this before.

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
The issue is usually debris in the supply line. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Please follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 7 of the maintenance and installation sheet.

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

The Delta Faucet part RP101635SP Wand Assembly-ShieldSpray is the only recommended replacement wand assembly for the Delta Faucet model 19830Z-SPSD-DST-R Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet 1L w/Soap.

Is it possible to rotate the cartridge assembly 180 degrees so that the water will be hot when the handle is straight up? Most kitchen faucets I have encountered this is the case. Thanks!

To achieve this you would have to reverse the supply hot and cold supply lines under the sink where they connect to their respective shut-off valves.
