Is there a replacement head that i can purchase for this faucet that offers the Spray Shield feature? I thought that this faucet had that feature when I ordered it.

The screw connecting the handle lever came off and is lost. how do I replace it and what tools are needed?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19842-SS-DST.
Unfortunately, the handle screw is not available as an individual part. It is available with a replacement handle RP101929 or replacement cartridge RP73000. It uses a 1/8" hex key.

Can this be installed with the handle on the left? 360 degree radius says yes, but it depends on if the handle operation can be reversed.

Is there a way to just replace the faucet head?

A replacement spray head and hose is available as part number RP103978CZ.
You can purchase Delta Faucet products from many local dealers and websites. If a dealer does not carry a specific item in stock, they should still be able to place an order for you. I recommend our store locator.

When you have the spray function on and then turn off water it does not automatically return to non spray function
