Needs Some Tweaking
I had another brand of touchless faucet for 9 years and loved it. Unfortunately, a hose burst and it was not repairable. I had a plumber replace it with the Delta Kyo Faucet. The weight that pulls the faucet sprayer back was not doing the job, so I he added the weight from my other faucet to it. That fixed that issue. Like others stated, it is very sensitive and comes on unexpectedly if someone is sitting at my counter. It has also come on when no one is in the kitchen. I turn it off when we are not in the kitchen. This never happened with my other one. Another issue I have is there is no bracket to secure the battery pack to the cabinet wall so it is laying on the floor of my cabinet. My other one was attached to the cabinet with screws. I am not sure this faucet will last or if I will keep it 9 years. I am trying to adjust to it.

Sleek and elegant kitchen faucet
I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Thanks, Delta and influenster. This delta kylo single handle kitchen faucet is sleek and elegant with simple yet handy tech. The faucet comes with Touch2O technology, which allows you to turn on the faucet without even touching it. The pull down comes with a magnatite docking that securely holds the nozzle in place. This sink faucet has made my kitchen look so much more modern. I absolutely love it.

Doesn't work as described
New frustration with this faucet every time I use it. Had to turn off touchless because even on low setting, it turned on even when I reached into the sink. Wet sleeves & drying the stainless. Wasted $ on a faucet that I can't even use. I tried to fill a small watering jug & it turned off after about 30 seconds. I had to wait about 10 seconds, turn it on again & repeat the process 4 times. I had my kitchen remodeled & the faucet was installed in January, but I couldn't use it until recently because my pipes froze & burst. If I had known sooner how touchy (no pun intended) this faucet was, I'd have returned it for one that just turns on & off manually without having to reprogram it.

I had to turn off the touchless feature because even on low sensitivity, the faucet turned on if I just reached into the sink. Wet sleeves & drying the sink every time. Wasted $ on a feature that I can't even use. It turns off after about 30 seconds, not 4 minutes. If I want enough water to cook pasta, I have to turn it back off, wait about 10 seconds, turn it back on & repeat the process until I have enough water. A small watering jug takes 3 or 4 cycles. I had my entire kitchen remodeled and the faucet was installed in January. I hadn't been able to use the kitchen until recently (my pipes burst during a cold spell) & the original packaging is long gone or I'd return it.

Sometimes less is more, technology is too flawed a
In theory this product is a great idea, however the technology doesn't work well. The first piece we received had a bad solenoid and the touch less technology did not work at all, nor did the ability to switch between sensitivities. I called the support line who was actually very helpful and send a new piece out to us. We installed the new piece and it worked as it should. However the touch less technology is just far too sensitive no matter what setting it is on. The faucet just shuts off any time you wash a dish so we had to just turn that feature off. The touch technology is actually really cool though and definitely makes it easier and cleaner to turn the faucet on and off with messy hands. It was pretty easy to install as well. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product for the extra cost. A simpler product with the touch on/off would be much better. Sometimes less is more.

Q&A
Can this faucet be made to work in the Manual mode as well (by-passing the touchless condition) ? I have this faucet already installed in my kitchen and would like it to be into a manual mode, for a period of time (like 2 months). Pls advise.
Hello!
To bypass the solenoid simply use the handle to turn the faucet on. With the water running go under the sink and disconnect the battery box cable going to the faucet. That faucet will work on manual mode only now.

Why does the faucet only turn on when I touch the bottom half of the faucet but not the top half?

My plumber installed the Delta Kylo. It is great, we love it. BUT I thought Cold was the forward position and Hot was the back position? When I move the lever towards me it is hot and when I push it back it is cold.

I understand the temperature control can be different from the expected. The hot and cold supply lines can be switched to reverse the handle positions.
Having up for cold and pulling forward for hotter is the typical installation. Part of the thinking is that the handle up is the default position, and cold water is the default or most used.

I fI switch this faucet to manual mode will the LED still work? The touch and touchless are miserable features for us. They switch on and off every time a hand goes near and then will not turn on when we need water. It has been a terrible experience.

If the faucet is used only manually by disconnecting the power or removing the touch valve, the LED indicator would not work.
We are happy to help troubleshoot the cause of the sensitivity issue. Causes include: the wires touching something conductive under the sink, the faucet shank touching the countertop, or something metal near the faucet.
