Very good product, I did have difficulty with installation
I loved this faucet,but I will say it was not easy for me to install. I had to get someone to help me install it. Now the touch-less feature is sooo useful for when I’m cooking chicken or seafood and don’t want to touch my handle. The color does match my kitchen so that was a plus and easy to clean. So far so good. Been using it for a few days now.

Wonderful faucet for those in the kitchen!
I’m so excited about this faucet! The long neck provides much more room at the sink, and the touch feature is gonna make a world of difference when dealing with things like raw meat! Installation wasn’t difficult.

Good quality, sleek modern design, and convenient
The reason why I wanted this kitchen faucet is because my parents have the same one and are very impressed with it.
Based on my parents' opinion, I think it is quite convenient, especially when I'm in the middle of cooking and need to rinse my dirty hands.
Also, the sprayer and magnet will snap back into place.
For me personally, I think the sleek modern design and feeling of quality material is the coolest part when I opened this box.
Because we are renovating our house, we had no opportunity to set it up right away. But I'm going to install that, and I recommend this to other people who want to buy

Love the look and ease of use!
I think I am really going to love this faucet. The quality seems great. It looks really nice and it works as stated. The water function is perfect and the touch function seems to be easy enough… I just have to get used to the touch functions. Installation seemed fairly easy after watching the video from scanning on your phone. Overall, I would highly recommend, but have only been using it a short time.

Modern and practical
See before and after photos. I appreciate the clean modern looms of the brushed nickel vs the polished chrome I had before. Had a plumber install in under an hour and the product works great. The touch sensor is a bit too sensitive out of the box, however once you have it dialed in its awesome.

Seems like a quality product
This faucet was definitely a step up from my old one. I took off one star only because the hookup was a little more difficult than I expected, even while watching videos. The faucet has a sleek design and feels sturdy. The pull down sprayer and magnetic re attachment is very convenient.

Beautiful design and good functionality
Easy to install! Took about an hour or so but the QR code in the box linked to a YouTube video that was easy to follow. I love the different water spray features and the light at the base that shows the temperature of the water. The touch h2o feature seems extremely useful when cooking in the kitchen - no need to touch anything to turn on the water!

What is there not to like!? The design and functionality is great. The installation process was easy enough for us. It seems to be durable and well made, water pressure is better than my last faucet. I mean it's hand free which just tickles me to no end! 🤭

I recommend buying it
This is a really great faucet. The touchless technology is super convenient. When you're cooking and your hands are dirty, you can just touch it with a clean part of your hand to avoid making the faucet dirty. The water pressure is just like in my old faucet. No problems at all. The materials are high-quality, everything is well-made, and it's definitely worth the money. I don't know yet how long the batteries will last, but if they last for a couple of months, that would be a good result.

Great idea. Poor execution
This faucet came with our new house. The touch is a great idea in theory but the sensors are all over the faucet including the handle. So when you go to turn on the water it registers as a touch and you have to tap it again to actually turn on the water. We haven’t even been moved in and I’m replacing it.

Can this faucet be made to work in the Manual mode as well (by-passing the touchless condition) ? I have this faucet already installed in my kitchen and would like it to be into a manual mode, for a period of time (like 2 months). Pls advise.
Hello!
To bypass the solenoid simply use the handle to turn the faucet on. With the water running go under the sink and disconnect the battery box cable going to the faucet. That faucet will work on manual mode only now.

Why does the faucet only turn on when I touch the bottom half of the faucet but not the top half?

I fI switch this faucet to manual mode will the LED still work? The touch and touchless are miserable features for us. They switch on and off every time a hand goes near and then will not turn on when we need water. It has been a terrible experience.

If the faucet is used only manually by disconnecting the power or removing the touch valve, the LED indicator would not work.
We are happy to help troubleshoot the cause of the sensitivity issue. Causes include: the wires touching something conductive under the sink, the faucet shank touching the countertop, or something metal near the faucet.

I have a new Kylo touchless faucet purchase from Lowe’s and plumber installed it. The touch works fine, but the touchless does not work and if I hold the base for the six seconds, it does not give the flashing lights is installed on a stainless steel sink
