Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low water pressure Looks great, poorly designed head and spray patterns. Low water pressure, feels like a trickle compared to normal kitchen faucets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from simple design I had an older kitchen faucet that had the control handle separate from the faucet, this has the handle on the faucet, which is the way most are designed today. It gives more counter space and less hose under the counter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product The thing I like is the ease of installing, and it does work great. I like Delta because of the warranty; never had any trouble about any product I call about.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Amazing Faucet, Instructions from Another Planet I really wanted to love this faucet. The Delta Kylo Faucet itself? Totally solid. Once it’s finally in place, it looks great, the water pressure is strong, and the different spray modes are exactly what you’d want. No complaints there. But getting to that point? That was a journey. The installation took me just over three hours, which is… impressive for something advertised as straightforward. The instructions read like they were written by someone who has never actually had to follow instructions in their life. Steps feel skipped, parts aren’t clearly explained, and you’re left holding pieces thinking, “Cool… where does this go and why do I have it?” There’s a lot more going on under the hood than you’d expect, and without clear guidance, it turns into a trial-and-error exercise that’s way more frustrating than it needs to be. This is not a “quick Saturday install” unless you already know exactly what you’re doing. To be clear — the faucet itself works great. If I’m rating purely on performance, it’s easily a 5/5. But the experience matters, and being misled into thinking this would be an easy install knocked this way down for me. If you’re considering buying it, I’d strongly recommend taking a look at the instructions ahead of time and deciding if you’re up for it — or just plan to have someone install it for you. Great product. Rough experience getting there.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad spray head design I my opinion. I gave this rating because I don't like the spray head. It has 3 settings normal. A split spray, and some sort of bubble spray with a thin center spray. I wish it had the old type.of spray head.

We get good flow with cold water, but when moved to hot there is no/very little flow & it does not get hot.  What would suggest the problem might be?

Can I hook up a portable dishwasher to this faucet or any of your faucets with pull down sprayers?

Asked by: Reddog109
Hello! We typically do not recommend hooking up a dishwasher to pull-down faucets as the hose it connects to isn't designed to handle the pressure fluctuations. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

When I pull down the hose to rinse dishes, it does not stay down. It automatically creeps back up, spraying water everywhere. What could be the issue?

Asked by: Debra

How is this faucet powered?  I assume batteries, so where do you put them in and how often do they need to be replaced?

installed the faucett less than a year ago. When new the pressure was excellent. as time goes by it gets lower. Similar faucetts in the past have required a change of the faucett head because of buildup. Do you have a replacement for the head?

Asked by: Cal V
Hi Cal V, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19846Z-CZ-DST. If the flow is reduced, we recommend unscrewing and cleaning the aerator. And cleaning the screen in the spray head hose connection. If the issue remains, a replacement spray head is available as part number RP100546CZ. Soaking the head in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water can help remove buildup. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

Just installed a new Kylo faucet very low water pressure, what can I do to improve the pressure?

Asked by: Chris
Hello Chris, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The Kylo™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Model#: 19846Z-SS-DST has a maximum flow rate of 1.8 GPM @ 60 psi. It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

Can you prevent or govern the 360 degree swivel so water will not accidentally run onto the countertop when faucet may mistakenly get positioned outside of the sink walls?  We did not intentionally seek out this feature.  Didn’t realize until installed.

Asked by: Shannon
Hello Shannon! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. Unfortunately, there is not option for this. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again. Best Regards, Carrie
