I had an older kitchen faucet that had the control handle separate from the faucet, this has the handle on the faucet, which is the way most are designed today. It gives more counter space and less hose under the counter.

Amazing Faucet, Instructions from Another Planet
I really wanted to love this faucet. The Delta Kylo Faucet itself? Totally solid. Once it’s finally in place, it looks great, the water pressure is strong, and the different spray modes are exactly what you’d want. No complaints there.
But getting to that point? That was a journey.
The installation took me just over three hours, which is… impressive for something advertised as straightforward. The instructions read like they were written by someone who has never actually had to follow instructions in their life. Steps feel skipped, parts aren’t clearly explained, and you’re left holding pieces thinking, “Cool… where does this go and why do I have it?”
There’s a lot more going on under the hood than you’d expect, and without clear guidance, it turns into a trial-and-error exercise that’s way more frustrating than it needs to be. This is not a “quick Saturday install” unless you already know exactly what you’re doing.
To be clear — the faucet itself works great. If I’m rating purely on performance, it’s easily a 5/5. But the experience matters, and being misled into thinking this would be an easy install knocked this way down for me.
If you’re considering buying it, I’d strongly recommend taking a look at the instructions ahead of time and deciding if you’re up for it — or just plan to have someone install it for you.
Great product. Rough experience getting there.

Bad spray head design I my opinion.
I gave this rating because I don't like the spray head. It has 3 settings normal. A split spray, and some sort of bubble spray with a thin center spray. I wish it had the old type.of spray head.

We purchased this faucet at Lowe’s a few days ago. Just installed it and when I finished as I was checking the pressure the handle came out of the RP73000 cartridge assembly. It looks as if there’s a pin supposed to hold this in place. It’s missing.

We had the soap dispenser installed in the countertop and it worked great for about 8 weeks. Now soap no longer pumps out even though the dispenser is full. Thank you for letting me know your thoughts.

Does the handle on Kylo move front to back or out to the side

I am interested in purchasing this item 19846Z-SS-DST from lowes. I have thick tile and need 2.25 inches deck thickness. Which of your thick tile mounting kits for kitchens would be compatible with this product? RP30392, RP30393, RP30394? Or other?

The spray does not work
I'm looking for a pull down kitchen faucet that can be installed with the valve handle on the left side. What model can be installed this way? Also, how are the on/off and hot/cold valve positions affected when mounted on left side?

Can we change the orientation of hot and cold? So cold is straight out and hot is towards you (down).

We have a problem with this faucet. Was installed approx 1 month ago with no issues and now where the faucet pivots it is very loose and getting looser with more use. It was perfect when it was installed.

From Lowes I purchased & installed a new Kylo 19846Z-SS-DST faucet and the goose-neck portion of the faucet is not secure. It wobbles when the head of the faucet is touched. It came assembled and we did not notice any movement until it was installed.

I got 2 your Kilo faucets and I need to a 1 hole installation, but I got a plate for 3 hole installation only. Do I need to buy a special part for one hole installation? Manual on page 3 shows some round part under “single hole mounting hardware” + gasket
