Went bad after 3 weeks
Bought a brand new Delta sink faucet on December 17, 2025. This faucet was installed on December 20, 2025. On January 11, 2026, the cartridge went bad. After checking at Lowes, Delta customer service informed me that I have to get this particular cartridge from Delta and that it not available anywhere else, AND that it will be at least 2 weeks before they ship out the replacement cartridge that they stock. If it has not come in in 2 weeks, I have to place my order again and that I will have to wait another 2 weeks. I have offered to pay for it to be shipped overnight, but they said they can not do that. They obviously do not care about the customer in this situation. After talking to several of the customer service reps while checking on my cartridge, it is apparent that they have all become numb to customers having issues and trying to resolve them, but do a wonderful job of deflecting the issue to "it is the warehouse, not us". I will never purchase another Delta product again.

Delta faucets are cheaply built under guise of quality. I had a 85$ kitchen faucet that was built better and simpler than my 300$ delta faucet I just bought. Looks nice, but Waste of money.

Did not work for me
Beautiful faucet but unfortunately did not work appropriately. The faucet would run at full pressure in the cold position, but when in the hot position the water pressure would decrease to a slow trickle after about ten seconds. Delta sent a replacement part that did not resolve the issue. Delta was not willing to send a replacement. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a working faucet!

Kylo touchless feature not convenient
The Delta Kylo Touch2O Kitchen Faucet (19846TLZ-SS-DST) has been a frustrating experience. The touchless feature activates too easily, often turning on or off when a hand or object is merely near the spout, which disrupts daily kitchen tasks. We preferred using the touch-only mode, but found no clear instructions in the manual or on Delta’s website to disable the touchless sensor. Attempting to turn off the touchless feature by removing the batteries rendered the faucet unusable, even in manual mode. When I contacted Delta support, I waited on hold for a long time, only to be informed that no one with Touch2O expertise was available to assist. Be aware of these issues when considering this faucet.

Design
I received this product for free in exchange for a honest review. I never had this brand but it’s worth every penny if I have to buy another facet for the house. The design was so beautiful my favorite was the pull down and sprayer. The item has not rusted the pressure on it was just right.

GREAT MATERIAL!
I HAVE SEEN THESE PRODUCTS IN PEOPLES HOUSES. I HAVE NOT INSTALLED MINE YET BUT WE WILL ONCE WE REMODEL OUR KITCHEN WHICH IS SOON!! ALSO ITS A VERY GOOD SIZE AND COLOR TO I WOULD’VE PREFERRED BLACK BUT THE ONE ONE I GOT WORKS.

Works great
This Delta kylo kitchen faucet originally selected for a black arrived as a champagne/gold color one. Besides the color, I love the high-arc spout, as well as the concentrated jet of this faucet which provides a precise stream of water without any leaks, and this works so much better than my old faucet which had started to dangle and sag. The pull-down spray wand is extremely convenient while cleaning dishes, and the magnetic docking system secures it back in place without me having to place it back.

A very beautiful faucet
A gorgeous product, well made with a beautiful golden finish. The produc comes with the shieldspray technology that helps you clean without making a mess. The package includes supply lines, compression fittings and instructions on how to install the faucet. Been using Delta products before and I was very pleased with the company.

Versatile high quality faucet in a beautiful champagne color
Thank you, @influenster, for sending me this free delta faucet to review. It's beautiful and very good quality. This faucet mounts in a single hole or comes with a plate, as seen in this review that covers the holes. Very easy install. It took me about 15 minutes from unboxing to the final product. Quick connect hoses, comes with install tool, easy to follow instructions, and feels like a quality unit. It's got a great brushed satin champagne color. Perfect if you like a muted gold rather than a high sheen brass or gold. We love it.

Beautiful faucet with 3 spray options and does a great job
Thank you to Influenster and Delta for my feee kitchen faucet in exchange for my honest review. The quality of the faucet is wonderful, it is a heavy and sturdy. It is beautiful and sleek with the high arch and simple design. It is also very clean looking with the single spout but comes with a matching faceplate to use on a sink with 3 holes. That is what I did. It took about 20 minutes to remove my old faucet and another 20 to install this myself. The box comes with everything you need but the tools and thankfully I have those tools on hand. Functionally, I love this faucet compared to my old faucet. This has great water pressure and 3 spray options: normal, sprinkler head, and fast sink fill. I use the sprinkler head option to reach all to corners of my sink. The pull down really helps to clean your sink because it can reach literally every corner. I also use the pulldown to fill my pots with water. And my cooktop is close that I have a pot filler without having to install a separate spout on my cooktop area. And because there is a magnet in the head, you never have to worry about it drooping down and not connecting. Love that! Don’t let sprinkler head fool you, it puts out some water. I like to use this option to help get stuck on food off my pan and it is great for cleaning leafy greens too. I just love my new faucet!

Perfect!
I love how Delta had a version of this and saw ways to improve that made it better. The gold finish is absolutely beautiful and the plate in the bottom is what I was waiting for. It was an extremely easy installation and the durability is on point with Delta's high quality standards.

We get good flow with cold water, but when moved to hot there is no/very little flow & it does not get hot. What would suggest the problem might be?

When I pull down the hose to rinse dishes, it does not stay down. It automatically creeps back up, spraying water everywhere. What could be the issue?
How is this faucet powered? I assume batteries, so where do you put them in and how often do they need to be replaced?

installed the faucett less than a year ago. When new the pressure was excellent. as time goes by it gets lower. Similar faucetts in the past have required a change of the faucett head because of buildup. Do you have a replacement for the head?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19846Z-CZ-DST.
If the flow is reduced, we recommend unscrewing and cleaning the aerator. And cleaning the screen in the spray head hose connection. If the issue remains, a replacement spray head is available as part number RP100546CZ. Soaking the head in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water can help remove buildup.

Just installed a new Kylo faucet very low water pressure, what can I do to improve the pressure?

The Kylo™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet Model#: 19846Z-SS-DST has a maximum flow rate of 1.8 GPM @ 60 psi. It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.

Can you prevent or govern the 360 degree swivel so water will not accidentally run onto the countertop when faucet may mistakenly get positioned outside of the sink walls? We did not intentionally seek out this feature. Didn’t realize until installed.
